I had my grandmother's watch repaired elsewhere, and it still didn't work, and he fixed it!

Run far, far away from this store and owner! If only I could give it a minus rating. Destroyed my ring, didn't follow instructions and left me feeling sick - he should be run out of town on a rail. Save yourself big heartbreak and go somewhere else.

Absolute dumpster fire of a store with an extremely rude owner. Dropped off something for engraving and had to keep calling and checking in. Says they close at 5 and I came in at 4 to pick it up and the girl who does their social media (I hope you're reading this because Google says you're open until 5) gave me the valley girl "ummm we're closed." I responded I was there to pick up an item and I just spoke with the owner and she says "I don't know where anything is." You couldn't call the owner? Still don't have my item back so I guess I'll have to continue driving downtown and fighting the seasonal tourist traffic to find a time that fits within their incorrectly displayed hours (that are also posted on the front door). One last thing is it says NO MASK NO ENTRY. YEAH, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!

Beware of this merchant. Casual lying, excuses, and carelessness are what I encountered with this business.

RAD jewelry is the best you can find in New England, they welcome you with respect but the most important thing is the prices. There you will find good, beautiful and cheap jewelry. Visit it and you will see.

If you don't know what you have, exactly what it's worth and the lowest you'll take for it, sell nothing. Not an honest place in my personal opinion. Will give you a good deal the 1st time and then try to convince you of some absurd things to get you to pay or be paid absolutely ridiculous amounts. Unless you're in a desperate rush. Get a price from him and then check a few places off the Island or sell on Craigslist. You definitely can do better.

I accidentally ordered ring in the wrong size and when I asked about a refund I was told I could return it minus 20% off for a restocking fee. Not impressed. Ended up keeping it instead for a thumb ring due to not getting a full amount on my return. Very disappointed!

I keep coming back to buy and have had many custom items made at Rad Jewelers. Whatever I envision, I know they will be able to replicate. I feel as if they obsess over detail and if something isn’t going to translate well in jewelry, they are honest with the customer. I trust their instinct with jewelry making (hell, they are the creators and makers and have been doing this for years!) and therefore if something I think is possible is in fact NOT possible, then they will be honest and try to work with you and create something you absolutely love. I recommend these jewelers over and over again and will continue to do so!

I brought my mother's 67 year old wedding band in to be resized and fixed due to wear. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the work preformed. This ring means so much to me and the great quality of work allows me to wear it every day.

Got a diamond ring from here. Absolutely beautiful. Was able to see how immaculate the diamond was prior to purchasing. It was nerve wrecking, but they all put me at ease prior to purchasing. Will return and recommend to all my friends.

Sadly I did not read any reviews before bringing gold to this man. He told me the gold was not pure as it was overweight, then said he had it melted down and he would give me a much lower price than the market spot price. There was no paperwork regarding what he said the weight was nor a print report from the smelter, which I asked for. I expected to get the gold back in some form, but he said no and paid me the price I initially paid for it ten years ago. The ounce price is double as of today. My income is way below average, I could have used the spot price for my gold. Many times I've considered if he cheated me and I'm a fool, he did.
