I've had multiple very good experiences here getting prints framed. The owner is always helpful and my framed prints look great. The price seems fair. If you are visiting Gloucester there is a lot of Gloucester "stuff" here you'll probably enjoy. The owner and staff have always been friendly to me. Located in the middle of downtown on Main Street.

House of Raven has an unbelievable amount of goodies in such a small area. Their insence selection is fantastic (and for a great price). Theo is a great sales man/person to talk to. I always enjoy popping in here and there when parking is sufficient.

I see negative comments about the owner Leo (the old guy behind the counter LOL). Theo is a wonderful, good-hearted and hard working man. His sense of humor is unique if you don't know him. Theo is an honest and fair guy. A trait hard to find these days...

I needed watch battery for 3 small watches and the older man behind the counter was able to install them for me in under an hour. And the price was not bad either.

I like this store. They have a little bit of everything. I was thrilled to find a new scarf with a whale print. They have costume jewelry, sea glass jewelry, and even high end gold jewelry. Custom picture framing is also available. Toys and stuffed animals. Greeting cards. I found the staff to be friendly.

They have a nice shop, just avoid the older man if you have any questions or purchasing anything. He did not make it easy nor pleasant for me to purchase things.

I bought a Timex indiglo wristwatch, and the owner patiently sized it for me. I had one many years ago, happy to find another at a reasonable price. They have cases of jewelry and surprises like hats & scarves (good browsing for treasures) and in the back a picture framing counter. The store is crowded, a lot to take in on your first visit. I was completely satisfied with the rematting and new glass on 3 pictures, many choices of frame styles available. I recommend respecting and appreciating the owner’s style that includes his particular sense of humor (relax and enjoy the “local color” that makes Gloucester personalities Gloucester), pace, and pride in his work and you will be rewarded.

Theo, the owner of this quaint Main Street shop, is a master framer. The selection of gifts is excellent, for both locals and tourists alike. The staff is friendly and knowledgable.

Asked how much a service was & was laughed at for asking if it was free. I have gone to other jewelers and have gotten links taken out of my watches for free. He laughed and said "Are you kidding me? Nothing is free." Owner was VERY rude and would never do business with him.
