I have had nothing but negative experiences with this company. I have an assigned company vehicle and am required to go to a dealership for warrennI dropped my car off to get a brake job, inspection sticker and an oil change, they inform me it would be ready at the end of the day, 3 days later it's finally finished. I show up to pIck up my car, I'm the only person waiting in line, there's two men at the desk. I stand there for 10" and neither one of them said a word to me. One guy is on the phone, the othEr guy is telling jokes with one of the mechanics that work in the shop. Not one acknowledgement that I was there, a they had to do was say that "they would be right with me", at least acknowledge me. The next time I need a warranty repair on my transmission. It took 2 months to get the parts. They finally call me to setup an appointment, in two weeks I'm going away on vacation for a week so I set up the appointment, drop it off for a week to do a 2 day job. I return from vacation after 9 days and the car isn't ready!! Bad business

Awful staff. Dishonest kind of people, rude and unprofessional. I brought my 2013 red jeep in after a car accident (I was not at fault, insurance was involved for repairs) they claim and agreed with adjuster that all I needed was cosmetic repairs. I made it clear that my car was not running the same and lots of noises. Salvadore explained that they looked into EVERYTHING and they found nothing. After the cosmetic work was completed by salvadore, my jeep was not driving right still, it felt unsafe. I called salvadore to explain and they jumped right into money, saying I have to pay to have my jeep looked at again. Granted in the beginning, I told them car problems that happened right after the car accident and they made no effort to listen to me or to speak up for me to the adjuster.

I bought my truck from Salvadore.. So when I hit a bird that broke my grill I thought why not bring it to the place where I bought it.. Well it was a very short visit.. the person manning the desk at the auto body shop wouldn't even get out of his chair to take a look at my truck.. He just wanted to know how it would be paid for.. either by me or insurance. ..Why would it matter ??? I needed it fixed no matter who pays for it... Oh well... Another dealer was more than happy to help me and has probably earned my business from now on...

My fiancee works there an he loves his job the people an the work. They do awesome work an make your look as if it never was in an accident.
