I was recently involved in a “fender bender” accident which involved my left front fender above the tire on a 2017 Toyota Camry with almost 100,000 miles. The damage left something that protects the brakes rubbing against the tire. I contacted five auto body repair shops in my area and all but two never even returned my multiple calls. One took one look at the damage and told me the fender needed to be replaced (cost estimate of $1,000) but they were too busy to help me. The other shop was Brian’s. Brian took one look at it, pulled out the dent with his hands releasing the piece that was rubbing, and told me he could take care of the cosmetic damage. Three days later I left my car off with him and in two hours, I had a fabulous repair for the unbelievable price of $100! If you didn’t know I had been hit, you would never even notice it! I needed a whole new passenger mirror part for my truck since mine was smashed and the plastic broke. Called and was given great customer service. Very nice and friendly. Got the mirror in a few days of ordering and had it replaced super fast! Definitely would recommend!!Service: Body & Trim

My fiancé brought her car here after getting rear ended. At first, she was told that the job would take about a week or two. All that needed to be done was they needed to replace her rear trunk hatch, it’s a Nissan Rogue. We called and were told it was not done yet after a week. WEEKS went by and still were told it was not done. When we finally went to pick it up the two people working there were not to inviting. They made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The lady would just talk to the other guy there rather than us, and she didn’t seem to even know why were there. It was more like a “yeah.. here’s your keys.” They didn’t seem to care at all and made us both feel uncomfortable. Just saying if you want good reviews maybe treat your customers like they matter. We were lead there under unfortunate circumstances, and most other places make you feel like they actually want to help.....not this place...Service: Body & Trim

Had my front fenders replaced due to corrosion. My car has an unusual color paint, it changes slightly in different light. They matched the paint perfectly. Great job done by these guys.

Went In for a pre-insurance inspection- left work an hour early to make it in the hours she specified when we called. Got in when it was sprinkling a bit out- I was sure it’d be okay since it definitely had let up to what it was most of the day- said “I was hoping to get my pre-insurance inspection” her first response was to roll her eyes and say “and I was hoping it wasn’t gonna rain” she proceeded to tell me she uses her personal phone for the pictures and if I want it done so badly to use MY cellphone and get it wet in the rain— I needed it done (still do) so I said sure pulled out my phone and asked her what she needed. She then ignored me talked to the other gentleman asking for his keys and told me to come back another day. It sad to see people so rude and sarcastic for no reason other than their own bitterness. Unprofessional and ridiculous.

Incredibly rude and sarcastic, was in and out of this shop within 5 minutes and will definitely never recommend anyone to go here. If their customer service is this bad I could never imagine their work, let alone giving them money to continue as a business.
