Kevin, his co-worker also did a perfect job hanging blinds in the 2nd phase of my project. The Shades IN Place team provided spectacular service for my Interior Design client and me! We contacted Roger to request an installation of shades for the client's new home. He could not have been more accommodating with scheduling a time that met her needs, then arriving on time and successfully completing the project. Roger installed plantation shutters for us 8 years ago, and I gave him a 5-star review at the time because the quality of his work was exceptional, and we loved the shutters. This is the second time I've used Roger and Shades in Place for blind selection and installation, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, he and Kevin were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.Roger came to my home for a consultation and showed me a variety of blind options, explaining the details of each. He was patient and thorough, answering all of my questions and helping me make an informed decision.The installation process was seamless, as well. Kevin arrived on time and worked efficiently, ensuring that everything was installed to my satisfaction. Shades IN Place has done it again! Our original project a year ago was bedroom Roman shades, but for this go round Roger and crew installed roller shades in my office, the den and garage. I would have vetoed roller shades based on what I remembered from my childhood - white, vinyl and faulty spring mechanisms. Roger showed us the light and the various options updated for todays style and durability. I wish I had more windows for Roger’s Shades IN Place to dress.

We had all of our windows replaced (17 mulled windows) and had no idea what we wanted to do for window treatments. Roger came for a consult and was amazing. Didn’t give me hundreds of choices or I would have been overwhelmed. He instinctively knew what would look good for the style of our house and narrowed down a few options for us. He measured and order the shades which were a combination of light filtering, black out and wood. The order came in quicker than quoted and Roger and his assistant installed everything in a I think an hour. All of my windows look AMAZING thanks to Roger and team! I highly recommend Shades In Place!
