Bought tires here TWICE both times they were THREAD BARE within 11 MONTHS. When I called to use my warranty they said since I didn’t have proof my tires were rotated I COULDN'T GET MY WARRANTY FOR THEIR FAULTY TIRES. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THERES NO WARRANTY. ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!

Did a pick up order and got sold moldy produce. I tried to call them to see if they'd make it right and it rang and rang nobody picked up. Their mobile app sucks and you can't initiate returns. What's the point of mobile order if I have to go into the store for a $5.39 item.

Please please have one more than 1 associate working a register. No one wants to use selfCheck out in bulk!!! I could understand if it was a staffing issue but there were 3 staff members directing to selfCheck out but it ultimately not helping any customers.

The recent 1-star reviews all seem to be within the past 9 months from the time of writing this review. I can't speak for anything post 2020, but my experiences with BJs Tire have been wholly positive. I've gotten two sets put on by them, and a few flats fixed for free. Currently my go to place for tires.

This will be short and sweet. The prices were great AND their pumps are upgraded so that you can scan your card from the app on your phone. The last time I tried this at the BJ's closest to my home, I was unable to scan my card on my phone and they could only accept the physical plastic card at the pump. I stopped at another gas station off the highway a few exits into MA and left when I saw that premium gas was $4.89/gallon! I was glad to pay their price here after seeing that.I added a photo when I checked in to show the price. But now I don't see it! Premium was $4.30 something. So between $4.30 and $4.39 somewhere, which is so much better than $4.89! I definitely saved a few bucks here.

Bought 4 Goodyear tires with free installation, the guy's are good but the policy wouldn't allow them to install them because of I having a little rust on my vehicle so I had to pay $150 for the installation wich is unfair to me. Hopefully this is helpful to poor people who can't afford a new car.

Ricardo the new tire manager is very knowledgeable. Was able to help me find a new set a tires for my 2016 Sonata. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for tires.

Worst customer service and don’t care attitude. I paid BJ’s tyre center, Franklin MA15 days before and visited more than 3 times for update. No updates till now.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I ordered, and paid for, new tires on Dec. 3. Four weeks later, I still had no tires. My inspection ran out, preventing me from driving for Uber all month. When I called again after Christmas I was told they were going to put cheaper tires on, and I would get a refund for the difference. I was then told the tires were more expensive, and I owed the difference. After a fiery"discussion" about legal action, I was told "they would do me a favor" and not charge me the extra money. Very rude on the phone. I would not recommend them at all.

Like a couple of reviewers before me, 1 star is the lowest permitted rating. Mine would be lower. I bought four tires online on Nov. 9th and made an appointment to have them installed on Nov. 22. I arrive on the 22nd to learn that no one had any idea where my new tires were and that, after searching, they only had one tire. No call or text to tell me to reschedule. When I asked when the tires would be there, they said they had no idea but would make some calls and get back to me.Two weeks later, having received no call, I called the tire center and was told they still didn’t have the tires and would track them down and call me. I understand that the world is struggling with supply chain issues and was trying to be understanding of their position.Ten days later I discovered that one of my existing tires was losing air so I called. They offered to repair the leak that day so I brought the car in and they fixed the leak at no charge. I asked about the new tires and they still had no idea. But they also said that they’d been told in November that they would t be getting any of the tires I ordered before sometime in December. So why did they tell me they could install my new tires on Nov. 22? No idea.A week later I called again about the tires and they said they had three tires and suggested I install two of them, so I did. They said they would find a fourth tire and call me in a day or two. Again no call so I called a week later. The manager said he would call the manufacturer directly instead of waiting for the tire wholesaler to provide the last tire and would call me within two days. A week later, again having heard nothing, I called back. The guy said he was just about to call me to say the fourth tire had arrived. Two days later they installed the two remaining tires. I drove home and parked my car. The next day I took the highway into Boston. As soon as I started driving at highway speeds my car began vibrating. This car has 170,000 miles and has never vibrated before.I called to complain and they said I could bring the car in and they would re-balance the two front tires. I arrived two days later and learns that the glass on the tire rebalancing machine was broken. I’d had enough. I called a local tire store to ask them to rebalance all four tires. When that store called to say my car was ready, they said whoever installed my tires left the old balancing weights on the new tires, throwing off the balance.So, this store NEVER communicated with its member about the status of the order or installation over a two month period and then IMPROPERLY INSTALLED MY TIRES. I will NEVER use this store again.

Amy at the member service desk was amazing! Our bbq guest list got cut in half due to rain and she was so helpful when I was making a huge return of buns, burgers hot dogs etc. She took the time to look up our receipt and made the process so easy! Thank you Amy!

Bought some Catering this weekend (6/5/21) . I was told the food would be fresh and hot (ready )!!!Nop terrible , food was definitely not fresh and it was freezer cold !!! Called and they were absolutely rude and not customer friendly!!! Taste and freshness 0!!!!! If I could give cero 0 stars I would !! But please don't make same mistake I did !

Our membership had expired at the end of the month and we weren't notified until when we were checking out after a shopping trip less than a week after expiring. My boyfriend didn't renew on the spot since he was paying in cash and didn't have enough on him to cover both the shopping trip and the membership. We realized when he got home that we were charged additional fees because the membership was expired. I went to the store a couple days later to renew things. Laurie D had helped me and was so kind and patient. She answered all my questions and was able to renew my membership, offer me savings and even refunded the fees we were charged a few days prior. She made me feel so much better about BJs and their service. Hat's off to Laurie and thanks for being so kind!

I brought back 3 pumps of the recalled hand sanitizer. Luckily I had not used it since apparently it is toxic. The store only gave me a store credit. That is not a refund. A refund is my money back not a store credit. Thanks for selling toxic products and not giving customer money back.

Stopping to pick some up some cornbread for a dinner I was making for someone who lost their home in a fire it went pretty quickly it was right in the beginning of the store things are pretty well marked. However there were a lot more self-service registers than were regular ones with cashiers. However everything seemed to move smoothly nobody seemed to have a problem with how the situation was it was all marked good and they were friendly and understanding. I was in and out in under 5 that was a miracle for BJ's Wholesale Club
