I love T.J. Max but I had a really bad experience when I went to redeem a gift card my husband asked me to redeem for a product he returned. I was checking out when the cashier said to me that could not redeem the gift card because my husband's last name did not match mine. I am not sure what the policy is but in a country full of immigrants you will not always have married couples with the same last name. I offered them to share his ID if necessary and they said no. Next time should I share a copy of my marriage license? Not a big deal, but you should come up with a strategy on how to deal with this because for me is nonsense and I left the store unsatisfied.

It's the beginning of Mother's day weekend.. and we need dresses! So I'm giving Angela (fitting room) and Stephanie (registers) 5 stars!! Both of you ladies made today's experience very pleasant! I also got a big number of baby things because it is the season of showers and Spring! And only 4 stars because we show up there to have fun, unfortunately the rest of customer service was lacking today.

I'm a massive fan of TJ Maxx! That said, some stores are better than others. I just moved to Natick from Boston and this store, in Framingham technically, is right on the Natick border. This is now the closest for me. Went to do a little Xmas shopping 12/14 and wasn't disappointed. This store is huge. It was very clean and organized considering the holidays. Had lots (almost too much lol!) to choose from. There were plenty of cashier's so the line moved very quickly. Plenty of bargains to be had. The only negative thing I could possibly say is that I was looking for some twin sheets for my elderly aunt and there was very little to choose from in twin sizes unfortunately. But I'm hoping I'll have better choices at Home Goods. There is a Home Goods nearby also. I do wish they were right next to each other as they are in many other locations, that would make shopping much easier for me. But a great store overall. I'll be back soon, after Xmas sales are usually fantastic here.

Return policy should be explained well by the cashiers!! Make sure you take receipts or they just give you money on their gift card. So you have to spend that money anyways.
