I have been going into the Metrowest Vacuums store for many years. The entire team provides exceptional customer service! I have dealt with Bill for many years and he always goes above and beyond. I have loved my Oreck vacuums and it's reassuring to know such kind and compassionate people are always willing to help with repairs and suggestions.

I am a proud owner of a Sebo Premium K3 Vacuum. The experience is incomparable. You would not get the same experience if you were to go Target, Lowe’s, Walmart, or Home Depot. Went in there with my fiancé and she was very impressed with the performance of the vacuum. Mike really knows his stuff! Go see them! Don’t be scammed and please go to MetroWest Vacuum to get your next Vacuum! They do repairs as well! Throw away your Dyson, Dirt Devil, Hoover, Bissel Wet/dry vacuum.. it’s gonna break anyways. Just go to Metro West Vacuums!

We purchased a Sebo E3 Premium canister vacuum cleaner earlier this week at Metrowest Vacuums and the experience was great. We worked with Bill and we were able to test various models. Bill, along with Elaine, were both very good, pleasant, and helpful answering our many questions. We love our new vacuum!!

After doing some research on "real" vacuums, having spent hundreds on throwaway Shark and Dyson products over the years, I inevitably went online and did some research on a better solution. I was also finding myself vacuuming every day, since we just adopted a nice older black cat who loves to lounge on our white couch and frequently tracks litter onto our carpet.My online search led me to settle on a Miele C1 Cat and Dog cannister vacuum, but online advice suggested I go a local dealer and give one a test drive, and I'm so glad I did. My wife and I stopped by Metrowest Vacuums and were greeted with a clean, pleasant atmosphere, and the instantly likeable, knowledgeable, and professional Mike. I told Mike I my story and what led me to the store, and that I was pretty set on the Miele. He listened, and turned our attention to the Sebo products he had on display. His demo was incredibly informative, and he allowed us to test out each product on the carpet in the store with some cat hair to simulate our home scenario. My wife and I were both instantly impressed with the intelligent engineering and simplicity of the Sebo, as well as the incredible 10-year warranty.Needless to say, Mike sold us on a beautiful white Sebo Airbelt K3 Premium, and we couldn't be happier. He even threw in a box of replacement bags at a 30% discount as well as the Turbo Brush attachment, a $69.99 attachment, for free! I cannot say enough about how great the customer service experience at Metrowest Vacuums was. If you're serious about investing in the cleanliness of your home, pay the store a visit. While some of the prices can be daunting, you get what you pay for. As the sign at the entrance of the store says, "Quality remains long after the price is forgotten."

Excellent place to get your vacuum repaired! I brought in an expensive vacuum that was not working and they identified the part that needed to replaced within minutes. That was free of charge and extremely helpful to me! Great pricing for vacuums as well.

Just an excellent place altogether. They know their equipment and make good reccomendations for folks who appreciate quality vacuums, they stock parts and accessories, and they do good work. Even so far as to give me a replacement wand for my vacuum when miele no longer stocked the part I needed. This is a good business owned by good people, and they sell good products at a good price with good service. Highly reccomended.

I've been coming here for several years for Miele parts and repairs. Elaine was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Trying my first Sebo vacuum, another high quality German brand. Liked the larger hose and the carpet brush attachment is thinner and more maneuverable for me than the Miele. Even helped me out to car, much nicer experience than ordering online. Prices were fair and aligned with online discounters but much better service and ability to test out the product first.

So we got vacuums here long ago. Mom bought hers about 15 years ago, and Dad and Mom bought me the same model (mid-high-line Oreck) about 12 years ago. Excellent products.The best thing is the amazing service from Metrowest Vacuums!We got the Premium plan, I think it's called.Over time, my vacuum had trouble and wasn't working. I brought it in, they fixed it quickly, and of course it was already paid for, so no charge. EXCELLENT service.Fast forward to now, 9/29/23.Today I brought in Mom's vacuum, it just wasn't functioning as it should, although it did still work. It wasn't sucking up the little mouse-like fuzz balls on Mom's carpets, even with a new bag.William Slamin was working today, and he warmly welcomed me and my daughter in, and paid special attention to my concerns. He immediately showed me the problem with our vacuum, brought it back into his workshop, and showed me the part her removed (roller brush) and why it wasn't working right.He made it clear and simple for me (a musician) to understand!He then showed me the replacement he could put in, and how much better it would be- for $29! - and immediately replaced the part.William was very respectful, friendly and answered my many questions about other products in the store, his thoughts on different models, and overall just made us feel relaxed while doing a great job SUPER fast--- like in and out in 20 minutes (including all the questions!).He also gave me a discount on more vacuum bags, and was very patient with my many questions. Did I already mention that?OK: Final Thoughts!1. Great business. 2. Great staff. 3. Great service! 4. Very fair prices.Do you need a vacuum, or a repair to yours?GO TO METROWEST VACUUMS.You can thank me later!

Saved for those who vastly exceeded expectations and this place got it!!Got a better attachment with Wheels, brush and adjustable height -surfaces at a better price than ebay, Walmart or Amazon (free Prime shipping even) was charging for just a wheel-less, brushless who-knows-if-it-fits piece of just plastic!! ...and I can't imagine what big box stores would have charged.Mike, the owner is an extremely nice and knowledgeable man and did not let me spend money. Explained everything simply so that I understood (a challenge for anyone) and could answer all my questions!This us like going backnin time. I like to support local businesses but when they are SAVING ME MONEY over online retailers, nice, knowledgeable man, HUGE INVENTORY (even brands I've never heard of and ALL the ones I have) and to have things explained whilst looking, feeling, touching...I can't remember when I've had my expectations exceeded like this!!My mom, likely the smartest shopper in the history of the world, told me to go see, "Mike at Metrowest Vacuum next to your Trader Joes: adding, "I always buy my vacuums from him"... She does like clean floors so I believe that she may have bought several.I'll give you the same advice. Whether a vacuum or attachment or repair, go see Mike at Metrowest Vacuum on Rte 9 next to my Trader Joe's! The guy's a Rock Star
