We have known Josiah Allen more as a friend for close to 16 years. When we bought our first home, way back Jay as we call him was with us at all times, patiently explaining to a confused pair of first time home buyers what to expect. He indulged us with multiple trips to multiple homes till we settled on the one we eventually lived in for 15 years. When the time came to sell and buy a new home Jay was there again. He has a keen eye on details, and a pulse on the real estate market. He provided us with trends and data that helped us zero in on what we wanted. In an otherwise subjective process Jay was the sound of reason, he was thorough and attentive to our priorities. The best part about him is that he presents all the facts and places the decision making in our hands. We have referred him to friends and contacts and everyone of them has successful stories to tell. We wish him all the best as he forges ahead in his career.

Jay helped us buy our first home, and was phenomenal the duration of the process. He has incredible knowledge of the buying process, answered every question with professionalism and detail, and without asking, did a lot of research behind the scenes to fill in any knowledge gaps we came across.

Jay, was an amazing person to work with. Jay helped my family and I find our dream house and worked really hard to make sure we got. Jay was the perfect agent to help me buy my first home.He has an in depth knowledge of the Metro West housing market. There was no shortage of options he found that met my wish list in terms of amenities and location, and most importantly within my price range.He was attentive to my reactions as we went through the buying process and we were able to fine tune my list of "must haves" and "nice to haves".Beyond finding the right property Jay was able assist in making the buying process go smoothly.There were things I wasn't thinking about as I entered went to Purchase and Sale: inspections, plumbers, attorneys, etc. He has an extensive list of service providers ready for those last minute requirements, as well as reputable movers for after I closed.

This is the second time we've worked with Jay and continue to be impressed with him. He is up to date on the latest happenings in the market, was very patient with us and made recommendations the he knew would fit our priorities, while still optimizing what we would make on our house. Jay reassured us through some frustrating issues, and connected us with with numerous excellent resources. All in all, I'd work with Jay again in a heartbeat!

This was our second time working with Jay. We had worked with him on a purchase 14 years prior. This time we worked with Jay on both the sell and buy side and it was a very positive experience. Jay is extremely knowledgable, patient, thorough and responsive throughout the entire process.On the selling side Jay did a thorough assessment of our house and what we'd expect given the market conditions. He set us up with a stager and had great recommendations on what to prioritize in getting ready to sell quickly. We sold our house in matter of days at a price above asking.On the buy side Jay was a great help on figuring out how to negotiate in a hot market and had great contacts on the financing side. Throughout all the stresses of buying and selling Jay was always available to answer questions and make sure things were moving on schedule. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Jay’s the best! Jay was recommended to us by a close friend who had also purchased two properties with Jay back in 2017. We explained to Jay what we were looking for, and while it being our first time looking for property, Jay had the knowledge to guide us in the right path. Jay was extremely thorough, he always followed up, and was available pretty much anytime we had a question or concern we wanted to run by him. After a few months of searching (maybe 13 houses in) WE FOUND THE ONE!One of the things i mainly like about Jay is that he was honest when it came to area expertise, at one point we wanted to look at towns that we originally had not spoken about, and instead of Jay leading us on, he explained that he did not have a lot of knowledge of that town, and that he could either do his regular research, or refer us to another agent who would have more knowledge of that town. It was super refreshing to know we were working with someone who was truly trying to help us, and not only gain the sale.We were so pleased with our experience with Jay from the beginning to end, that we just knew that when the time came to buy more property (if in the same areas) we would certainly be working with Jay again. So we did! We just recently purchased our second home, and Jay was there yet again to help us along this crazy early 2022 market.We look forward into purchasing more rental properties in the future and we will make sure to give Jay a buzz again!

Jay Allen has been a tremendous help during my buying process. He is honest, transparent, patient and very knowledgeable. He was extremely supportive and kept me calm through stressful market conditions. Even when I felt like I was wasting his time in looking at so many options during this long process, he never acted like it. He always kept a positive attitude and made it a friendly/fun experience for me. I was referred to Jay by my brother in law and I clearly saw the value of dealing with a professional that represents his client well and works for his/her best interest. I am very happy with my first home purchase and will be referring Jay Allen to my friends and family.

Jay is one of the most professional people I have met in my life. He is knowledgeable, reliable, responsive, and an absolute pleasure. I wish I met him when we bought our first home.
