I just happened to run into this store because I was in a pinch in finding outdoor furniture for a party. Tyler was awesome. I can’t say enough positive things about the customer service and the quality of the products they offer. Totally worth it.

Seasonal Specialty Store in Foxborough provided dazzling customer service and an excellent selection of outstanding patio furniture. Elise was very helpful and patiently guided us in our selection. We purchased a beautiful outdoor dining set with umbrella. It was very unique and exactly what we were wanting! Delivery was within a few days and the crew was super careful, very professional and friendly. I cannot say enough positive about my experience with Seasonal Specialty Stores! When I say I knew nothing about buying, setting up and maintaining a pool, I mean I knew NOTHING. Mike, Matt and the team at Seasonal Specialty took the time to answer my questions (I had a lot) and even after the sale when I was questioning what to do, I simply sent an email and they immediately answered. Between hands-on help, pool school and high quality installation, I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. It was simply the best experience and is money well-spent! Thank you Seasonal Specialty Stores.

I could not have been more disappointed in the sales staff. On Thursday my husband drove and hour and 1/2 to look at tables and chairs. On Friday I called and said I would like to purchase the sets my husband saw however we were 2.5-3 hours away. Rather than the sales staff tell me that if I gave them a credit card they would hold the set; we drove 3 hours (due to Friday traffic) and walked in to them saying they sold the set 30 minutes earlier. I will never, ever set foot in Seasonal Specialty in either Natick or Foxboro and over the years I have purchased in both. It is quite sad that there is not longer "Customer Service"

Got my dream pool table from these great people!They sent out their installer which got the table leveled to a thousandth of an inch. The quality is incredible, plus their customer support at the shop has been amazing!I would 100% recommend any to come here for a pool table, or any of their other products!

We recently bought a Treasure Garden cantilever umbrella here (Foxborough store). Staff spent a considerable amount of time with us, demonstrating the different options and helping us pick out the one that would be best for our needs. They also discouraged us from a more expensive umbrella that did not. Since purchasing it, we absolutely love it. Although somewhat difficult to assemble (two people are definitely required), we have been using it constantly. It performs as promised and the ease with which it opens and closes, and adjusts is nothing short of remarkable (especially in comparison to the cheaper and clumsier umbrella we still own and use in a much more limited way). It is also very attractive and high quality, and worth the extra expense. We highly recommend!

They always do right by the customer. The parts department is amazing. Mike is the best. We've purchased our last two pools from them. Last year our pool pump went. Mike gave us suggestions to try BEFORE we ordered a new unit. Don't spend $800-$1000 on a new unit if these tricks might help you get one more year out of your system. The motor was indeed gone and we needed a new system. They let me take photo's of the same pump they had hooked up so I could see how to do it myself. This year I went to the parts department armed with photos of my piping difficulties. The gentleman(it wasn't Mike but another very knowledgeable person) worked very hard to understand what I was talking about and come up with a solution. They won't sell you something you don't need.

We were having water balancing issues with our pool and they went above and beyond to help us fix it.We have been using their products for years and find them to be top notch. They are always friendly and willing to discuss their products and help you find exactly what suits your needs. Truly a great business.

Everyone there is amazing! They always go above and beyond to be helpful. Most recently had a problem with cloudiness in my pool, Mike went so far as to reach out to me after I left the store to make sure that his recommendations had helped. I highly recommend doing business with them.!

Giving three stars only because if the limited array of items and merchandise, however, ample parking is good, pwd accessible is available, helpful and courteous staff is a plus.
