Ms. L., 30 years ago, my husband bought me a beautiful pair of diamond earrings for Christmas. He recommended Elliot's for an appraisal. You rudely looked me up and down, I was dressed in jeans and a nice top that day, and snootily said, "They don't put the best stones in earrings. I don't have time to do an appraisal." We have never given you any business because of your attitude and I have received a LOT of jewelry. I took it that you thought my earrings were worthless. I have worn them everywhere. I thought they were big, cheap, but very pretty. The gym, pools, the beach. Imagine my surprise when they were recently appraised for $4,000. Too bad your dad wasn't there that day. Let me quote you: "My dad had a passion for people and in order to work in retail today, you have to love your customers as much as you love your business." You are NOT like your father. Part of me is still miffed you were so snooty. The other part is glad. I have gotten so much use out of them. So... you B***** Thanks. Ahh. Moving on. Wouldn't want you to retire thinking you were great. I always hoped your business would fail.

Elliott's is a major gem (pun intended) in the Leominster/Fitchburg area. Several generations of my family have been going to them for all of their jewelry needs for generations, and the experience is consistently wonderful. My fiance bought my beautiful engagement ring there this past winter, and Jean was helpful, knowledgable, and so welcoming. Their selection is incredible (if they don't have what you're looking for in the store, you can bet that they'll be a giant book with exactly what you want and they'll be able to get it in for you). With Elliott's, you know you are getting quality jewelry, unlike a lot of "design your own engagement ring" websites, and that's truly invaluable. We look forward to buying our wedding bands and all future jewelry at Elliotts!
