I’ve never met a more arrogant or disrespect business owner - do not give this loser your business when there are so many better options such as Hannoush - great service! Hope this jewelry store goes under due to what a rude POS owner is….unreal experience - can’t stress enough. Go anywhere else.

Took my diamond in for a prong repair which took almost 4 weeks and cost $191. Less than 6 months later the diamond was spinning in the setting. Went back and was told I was to blame and I must have hit it. Not true sitting behind a desk typing all day. He wanted to charge me again but I took the ring and left. Went to Hannoush where they repaired the ring in 5 minutes, cleaned all my rings and didn't charge me a penny. Fadi and Wael could not have been more delightful...finally found a jeweler in Falmouth! Keegan's is the worst. Ugh

Keegan’s was highly recommended by a number of friends over the years. I took a repair, which was to take 2 weeks. 2 months later it was ready but not repaired correctly. Very disappointing. He is too busy for new business!

I’ve been going to Keegan‘s to buy jewelry for my two little girls since they were born. Now they’re 29 and 31. I’ve also bought a couple of chains and some bracelets. Never spent any real money but the service is outstanding. If you want a complimentary glass of champagne at the door and jewelry BS from Clown, this is not your place. If you want a fair deal by somebody who knows jewelry and is going to tell you the truth go, to Keegan’s.I am going to surprise my wife (33 years) with another engagement ring.

I brought several pieces of fine jewelry in for repair.: two gold bracelets and a ring. The bracelets were repaired very quickly. The ring was more more difficult because a sapphire stone had fallen out and was never found The size of the sapphire was odd. The owner spent a good deal of time over several weeks searching for the correctly sized stone.that would fit in the existing setting. He succeeded and did a fabulous job. The ring looks like new and he fixed the prongs so that I wouldn't lose it again. Nothing but a great experience at Keegan's. I will certainly be back for all of my jewelry needs!

Keegan’s is a fantastic jeweler ! I had just moved to Cape Cod, and wanted to trade up my diamond earrings. The staff was very educated and fair. And I bought my most beautiful pair of diamond earrings yet.

My son received a very unique wooden watch as a wedding gift from his soon-to-be wife. The band needed adjusting...he wanted to wear the watch at his wedding...in about six hours. Other area jewelers were too busy to help. Joe said bring it over. He fixed it in an hour and wouldn’t take a penny for his work. Great friendly service, old school work ethic. Thank you!

Had a great experience today and thought I should mention it. I had a very specific request, add a Stainless bracket to my JDM Seiko 009 - w hacking and Day /Date I'm a big man and with a JDM import, the bracelet was way too small. Seiko US didn't answer my questions in a timely manner, so I purchased two Stainless oyster bracelet and net to drop off the bracelets to have the links added I expected to drop off, wait and return weeks later. Instead, I was helped immediately, and I could not be more pleased. He took the time to adjust to my oversized wrist, did a fantastic job and was so personable. Excellent work and I will absolutely return.
