Purchased tile for a kitchen backsplash and two bathroom remodels. Diana Burke was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. After asking me a few questions, she helped guide me to the tile I wanted so that I didn't have to spend hours sorting through all the options. We ended up going with hardwood on the second floor, but considered their plank vinyl for several months and she was patient, helpful, courteous and personable as I borrowed and returned several samples, and was clearly very knowledgeable about the product. When the tiler started the job, it became clear I'd misunderstood the process from him and that I needed some other items quickly. Diana made that happen and our project wasn't delayed. I expect these will be the last renovations we "oldies" will do, but if I ever needed tile or any other type of flooring, I'd go straight back to Diana at Ideal Floor Covering!

If I were doing this again, I might buy tiles and flooring from them. Good selection, nice design ideas. However, Very dissatisfied with the service. As others noted, their subcontractors are sub-par as well. And nothing is ever their fault (how is messing up the tile installation, or painting the vanity the wrong color, covid's fault??). Yeah, no...

I had a new backsplash installed in the kitchen. Not only did Diana, the manager of the Falmouth store, help me choose it, but she followed through with every detail. She made sure the material was available and set up a wonderful team of installers! I would recommend working with her and the company.

just don't. process started in March 2021, only just finished in July If you don't advocate and b**** your head off they will railroad you, try to add additional charges, charge you for things not installed and help themselves to product left over It's impossible to recall actual number of emails and text. Document everything if you dare use this company. First experience with carpet install went well in 2019. Luxury vinyl tile job was a nightmare. End result decent (because I bitched every step of the way), but the experience was not good.

They carry a wide array of nice products, but terrible to deal with when a problem arose. Installed a $2,000 Carrera white marble floor in the shower. After a few months, the tiles started to 'rust,' which we learned can happen with improper installation. Rather than help us discuss with the installer, the associate only offered explanations that we it must have been our fault. Carrera marble is known to have mineral deposits and must be installed properly. We would have appreciated their support to make this right, but then we're just the customer.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! if they order you the correct merchandise you will be happy. BUT if they do not give you what you ordered and paid for, the customer service was a nightmare and it cost me an extra $500 on my project to say nothing of the amount of stress they caused me. i asked to speak to the owner . NO call back. I emailed Mark Woods several times to discuss the issues I was having at the store. He never responded. I had to pay my tile person an extra days pay waiting for them to rectify their error. I think this was absolutely the worse customer service I have EVER encountered.

We recently had the rug in our living room and offices replaced with some COREtec vinyl, and had our entire upstairs and 2 sets of stairs re-carpeted. In regards the customer service, I have to say that it was fantastic. Sabrina was very helpful when we initially walked through the door, and stayed in touch every step of the way from that point on. With the vinyl installation, we found one area that was not quite right, but when the guys came back, they did a great job fixing it. The carpet installation went very well, and it was only one guy! The only downside is that there wasn't enough vinyl or carpet ordered initially, so the jobs ended up taking longer than expected. Very honest and up front company that seems to actually care about their customers!

We just had a steam shower, floor and bathtub surround tiled by Ideal Floor & Decor of Falmouth. Diana was very helpful and professional. She came to the house to measure and design the look using the tile we had picked out.

Ideal Flooring just finished putting in a floor and carpet (on stairs) for a large room over our garage. Excellent workmanship and service. Diana was easy to work with, very helpful and attentive to detail. I would highly recommend her and the Ideal Flooring team!!!

My wife and I recently had our master bathroom shower tiled. I got to say that when it came to getting that done, choosing Falmouth Ideal Floor & Decor was the best choice for us. The tile picking process was made easy and simple through Diana. She was great in putting tile schemes together and helping us through the entire process. The sales process and quality of the products was good. However, the installation was unsatisfactory in two locations. In one location, the floor needed some minor levelling, discussed before installation. When the installation was completed, the dip was there. We were assured it would be made right, but it never was. Disappointing. A separate floor required a transition from one room to another. It was never installed after repeated calls.We would not do business with this company again.
