I ordered flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered. They delivered it the day I wanted. The flowers were in great condition. Thank you Xaviers for helping me do something special for my girlfriend.

I honestly wish I could rate this a “0”. A friend of mine had a flower arrangement delivered today to my home for my birthday. Very upset with how they came. The sunflowers already dying, dirty water and just all around put together very sloppy! I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use this florist for any reason!! What they put on their card is absolutely false!! I also attached a picture that my friend had picked. After reading all the negative reviews I’m not even sure how they are still in business.

Got flowers delivered, and this is what I got! Looks like they're a few days old. The water is cloudy, and some of the flowers were missing off the stems. The bottom of the stems are brown.

The owner of this place was rude when asked for a refund because they made a mistake. The flowers were dropped off at a different funeral home, and the day of couldn’t care less about the mistake. Then proceeded to argue on the phone refusing to give a refund, still have yet to be refunded weeks later. Super unfortunate because the arrangement cost $150 and it was a close family member who passed. Totally unprofessional for a business that handles events that affect memories in people’s lives.

I'm very disappointed with my order. First, I called on Saturday, 8/3/24, only to be placed on hold for more than 30 minutes. By the time I placed my order they said I missed the delivery cut off. Ok, I had to live with that but not happy about it. It was for a special occasion for my future son in law. Then I find out today, 8/4/24, that my debit card suspected fraud. No call back on day of order but the day after order. When my daughter sent a picture and a thank you text ...no Ocean Devotion with blue and white! PLUS no chocolates that I ordered! This is the second time the flowers were not what I expected! This was my 4th time ordering from you! I'm in Alabama and place confidence in you that your company will deliver on your promise of what I ordered. I certainly hope that the chocolates will be delivered tomorrow! The flowers are beautiful but not what I expected. Where is the blue? I want to continue to do business with you, but expect better customer service such as a call that you don't have exactly what I ordered. I will call about the chocolates tomorrow 8/5/24.

I ordered flowers Friday morning for a friend that their mother passed away. They never delivered them just found out it’s now Tuesday spoke to a girl that was was supposed to call me back never did. He was so rude no compassion didn’t offer to do nothing but give me my money back obviously and I usually spend a couple of hundred dollars every time I will never do business with again… please don’t waste your time on money with them

My dad placed an order with Xavier’s through a florist local to him (he is out of state) for a Mother’s Day gift for me. The flowers he ordered was supposed to be signed for… never got signed for and was left on my porch without notice, he asked for a specific color scheme and that was not followed, he requested they deliver the flowers on Thursday so I could have fresh beautiful opened flowers on Mother’s Day… they delivered them on Tuesday and by Mother’s Day my flowers were dead and droopy. My family has used Xavier’s over the years from my great-grandparents generation to my current generation and it seems as if Xavier’s has gone absolutely downhill. My father got in touch with his local florist whom he placed the order at Xavier’s with and they have reached out to Xavier’s with no response back. Pretty upset with this outcome because it just shows why I don’t shop with Xavier’s anymore… will be contacting them today. I’ll attach the photos of the flowers on Mother’s Day so who ever sees this review can see for themselves how this experience was.
Edit: I attempted to call Xavier’s for over a week and a half after Mother’s Day to get in touch with the manager. Every time was a failed attempt to reach said manager or a “call tomorrow” response from one of the florists. Honestly I want to say I’m surprised but their track record hasn’t been the greatest…

Horrible. Ordered the top pic from 1800flowers. Order never came. I contacted 1800flowers and the bottom right pic is what arrived to my friends house. Not even close to XL. I contacted 1800flowers again. They said it would take 4 days to send out a new one. They send out the one on the bottom right. Not even close to the amount or the colors. Do you guys even try?

Bought a corsage and boutonniere combo for my sons prom and before he even walked into the venue the flower fell off and then as his girl sat down one of the two flowers fell off. It was hard to even place this order person working there did not speak english barely. And when she approached someone in the back for help im not sure they even helped her she was sugesting these dusty old rolls of ribbon and i had no pictures or any idea of what i was ordering. Usually you see some pictures. I am so upset 71$ and change for something that wasnt worth 10$ in my opinion. I have NEVER had this happen ever. I should have stuck with LA florist he was busy but he was great last year for the other event i had both items were beautiful and well made !!!!!

If they had a 0 or negative stars... that's what I would put. DO NOT SHOP HERE! if you order from 1800-Flowers, this is the shop they use. I live in CA and wanted to send my mom and grandma flowers. I used 1800-Flowers as I have before and it was awesome... until now. Xavier's was where the order was sent to and it was HORRIBLE! My mom called me and showed me they sent a plant instead of flowers that I ordered and it was COMPLETELY DEAD! I called the shop and was "promised" a call back from "boss".. that never happened. I went and read the reviews and let me save you some time.. ALL BAD! If you are in RI, DO NOT SHOP/ORDER from them. How are they still open?!

Ordered through FTD who subs it out to Xavier. Wanted a bouquet delivered on Friday but they delivered it on Wednesday instead. The recipient wasn't home so that was a bust. Also, it was the completely wrong bouquet. After speaking with FTD, they offered 20% off of the total. They also offered a redelivery for the Friday I had originally specified. Friday came and went and surprise, no delivery. After a call to FTD, they said there was nothing they could do as they were booked up for Mother's Day. Basically, I was out of luck. FTD finally refunded me the full price. Now I'm not surprised at Xavier's 2 star rating.

Do not go here . I was going to spend about 1,500 dollars on flowers when this man ( not positive if it's a man or not) who I can only describe as a person whos parent probably own the place and must live in their basement emerged outside , he was 4'11 and had to weigh 700 pounds wearing a shirt far to small for it, it also looked like it hadn't showered ... Ever ... Either way it was standing at the door telling me to hurry up because they were closing soon ... I then went to klines in new Bedford, best 1500 dollars I've ever spent .... So ... Don't go to this place it's run down , dirty and the creature I dealt with today would give anyone nightmares for weeks
