I have lived in the south end my entire life but the past 5 years with the mail carriers that deliver the actual mail has been nothing but awful. Clear instructions in bright colored laminated paper that states please read and put correct mail in the correct tenants mail box. Nope that is to difficult. I'm always getting the neighbors mail and vice versa. another thing that annoys me and it seems to be every young carrier they are always on their cell phones with an ear piece. I work in Dartmouth and get notifications on my phone for any movement in my drive way. I open the cameras and its the mail carriers always on their cells sometimes talking a little to aggressive as if they are home. Please, have respect of others around you especially with me having elderly parents that I call to check on and my mom is always complaining to me. learn your job and do it right. pay attentions to the names listed on the mail and place in correct box. Its not rocket science no degree needed.

Mail carrier's can't even put your mail in your mail box , post office made mail boxes at your residence. I'm always getting other people mail.
And my mail , the most important mail goes elsewhere to others, and worst is nothing gets done, this employee should be terminated.
Worst is management won't even hear it. So
It's here I say it.
And yes keep smoking your vapes on the job.

out of nowhere my mail is being forwarded because someone else in the building moved with the same last name. Thanks for that ! Absolutely useless

My favorite post office! I drive out of my way to make it to this one. The ladies are both extremely nice and helpful, especially when you become a regular like me!

The whole staff there is perfect. I think Colleen is the best. Wish this location could do more but it has nothing to do with them. Much better than downtown.

Been living at my apartment for 4 years now in the beginning Chris the mailman on the route was delivering my mail just fine for about a year. In 2020 suddenly my mail stop coming to my unit because Chris assumed that I moved out. I put a note on my mailbox to only deliver mail addressed to my address and unit. Chris has been putting my mail in other people's mailbox or he puts people's mail in my box that is not my address and unit number. I recently spoke to Chris face to face so he knows someone lives at the address. I had a package that was out for delivery today and sent back as addressee unknown but he left junk mail and a plastic bag in the box. Chris is personally choosing not to deliver my mail. Chris I believe in karma do unto others that you'd want done to yourself and if you're so miserable that you can't just put an envelope in a box and keep it moving look for another job your customer service suck. No reason for me to have to waste gas and pay for a parking meter because you trying to force me to do something that I'm not going to do. I hope someone higher up on the management team sees this review and address this matter immediately because this has been going on long enough and I'm tired of it. Put someone else on the route. Also he sits outside my unit in his truck smoking and I no longer want him doing that Including a picture of a package delivered by USPS without incident and this is similar to the package that was out for delivery today

I know they don't take what any of us say into consideration because that's just not how things are done and people don't care anymore... but post office Definitely needs an earlier opening time especially for people who go to work early and get out late! Kinda crazy.
