The clerk whose name was Cordell should be recognized for service that went above and beyond what anyone would expect from a service clerk. Although I didn't have all that we necessary information to complete my transaction, he wrote the instructions down and guided me through the process to assist me in gathering the items I would need to complete the transaction. I was so nervous. Yet, he made me feel comfortable and I left the store confident that I could get what I needed. Thank you Cordell. You're assistance turned a chaotic transaction into an easy fix.

The offline, ground level store is Amazing customer friendly service! All the cashiers, managers and printing depot! I love the idea of moving the Amazon returns to the front on the store instead of the printing depot!! Bravo!!!

When did 20 (a4) sized copies on regular weight bond cost $13?? And take an hour with zero customers in the store? I was in a jam, it got done but you'll probably never see me again. You're an office supply store with copy services. CVS is 1/3 the cost and does it on the spot. I don't want to hear your CEO on TV wondering why Staples is failing publicly. Here's their answer! Poor customer service and outrageous prices.

I came into Staples around 7:30 pm on 4/12/24 I didn't realize that they closed in 30 minutes. I was greeted by a kind gentleman. He tried helping me size a homemade ID to an ID holder. We were having some issues. He placed a ticket for me to come back on 4/13. I got a voicemail from a kind lady. I took the 45-1 Hour ride from Warwick, RI over the Washington Bridge to pick up the item today. When I arrived it was a full sheet of paper. The lady helped trim it to size for me. I got to speak to the same guy from last night. Thank you for your help with making me a new Meals On Wheels of RI ID. I appreciate all the help so very much.

This Staples has always been my go-to for printing office and art supplies. I haven't been in a while, but went last week. Just a heads up to all fine point bulk pen fans, they are out of them. I let the cashier know, but all she said was sorry. She gave no indication they will be ordering any more.
Maybe I'll try backnin a few months.

Shout out to SHANICE in the UPS shipping/printing department. I was there this week and she was not only super helpful but just down right kind to me. I was under the weather, stressed with a broken printer at home and a deadline to meet. She calmly helped me print out 16 labels. The world be a better place with more Shanice energy in it.

"Not good" is putting it mildly! This was the WORST most mismanaged staples I've ever been in. I stood in line for over an hour waiting to simply drop off 3 ups Amazon returns, (which as a side note this is supposed to be a more convenient method for Amazon returns) & the ONE worker they had behind the counter was a woman who was taking that current time (a very busy time) to rip into & remove everyone's items separately from the boxes the customers had the items pre packaged inside of, & she than bagged the items in a plastic bag versus the boxes they were already originally inside of & than she would place the items in these new sealed bags inside of these larger boxes behind the counter, creating double the work for herself, & she would keep scanning a barcode on the side of the big box for each item that went inside of it. When I did finally get to the front of this ridiculously long line that moved in very slow motion I asked her why she was doing this & she told me "if the items are inside of a bag versus a box it saves room inside the larger boxes". Which I can appreciate & understand the logic behind this, however what I should have asked was why she was choosing to do this right than & there versus ohhhhh idk, maybe when it's not the busiest time of the day?!? I couldn't understand why there was no one in charge to tell her what she was currently doing was creating more work for herself, but more importantly was creating an unnecessary delay for every single person that stood on that line! I mean if your so set on saving space just scan the packages as their coming in, inside of the boxes customers have already packaged them inside of, put them aside, give the customer their receipt, & tear into these boxes & re-bag everything in plastic bags when the line isn't going out the door & THAN place them in of the bigger boxes all going to Amazon to save space & also to save customers time & aggravation.
