“I never write reviews, but my only regret with this company is I can only leave one! You will not find a better company to do business with. They have been extremely flexible with us during our move in every possible way. Moves are super stressful, and they understand and accommodate in any way to make it go smoothly for you, and without the added stress and worry of piling on charges. For a business in the moving industry, this is rare. They are locally owned and treat you like family! Going with crates rather than boxes saved us a ton of time and effort (and consumption!). They pick up and drop off with no effort on your part. Pickup was tricky with stairs and multiple trips, but they did it with no complaints or help on our part. I'd recommend Crate Moves a thousand times!”

“The owner is responsive to phone calls and easy to work with, and it’s affordable. The only downside is that the storage units aren’t completely clean. The floor of the storage units is dusty and the roof is made of wires, so it’s possible for pigeons to sit on top and p*** on your stuff. It doesn’t happen often, but just to be safe, if you want to avoid the pigeons you should choose a storage unit farther away from the doors, and close the doors after you’re done moving your stuff to keep the pigeons out. We had a storage unit extremely close to the doors. After a month of using the storage unit there was a small white stain on one of our items.”
