The dental part of the clinic is horrendous. They use dentist who are working there so they can get their Medicare paid dental school bill paid off, then they split after 6-12 months. They bill as much as they can by insisting on filling cavities even when tooth should be pulled. I went there for 3 years, 1 filling done per month and then because of a mistake the dentist made, I had to get a full upper denture. Also, not being racist, but the dentist aren’t US born citizens, and owe student medical bills, because the dental schools in their country aren’t accredited in the US and don’t meet our tough standards , so back to school in US, and government pays the school bill if they agree to intern basically at inner city hospitals, clinics, what not. Look it up, research it, as it’s a fact. Go elsewhere for dental work.The health care center is okay, but I wouldn’t choose it as my primary source of my medical care.

My experience today was when I went in for a checkup. They told me to take everything off in a cold room. And I sat there for like 20 minutes freezing so I put back on my clothes and they still made me wait 10 so I would've waited a 1/2 hour freezing.

Health first dental is truly the worst the one on quarry st in fallriver I have been in in out of this place scheduling appointments they will schedule my appointment then call me the same day of my appointment an tell me it needs to be rescheduled I been in an out of here for almost a year just to do cleanings an fill cavities the only thing they are concerned with is pulling out a tooth that doesn’t even hurt any more over asked to specifically fill my cavities first so that when I do my extraction I don’t have to come back in I came in in Septembe for them till fill literally 1 cavitie I have about 12 in my mouth an its is now dec very in professional then when I ask the women at the front desk why aren’t I scheduled to fill my cavities an she couldn’t even give me a explanation. I have proof of my scheduled appointments I feel very disrespected an my concerns are not being acknowledged. This is the worst dentist office I have ever been too an don’t let me get started on the dentist he will tell me to raise my hand if I’m in any pain when I do he doesn’t acknowledge or won’t stop to give me a break I have exprsssed my fears with them of coming into the dentist office an it’s like they didn’t even care . Something needs to be done the hospitality here is very horrible needs to be looked in as soon as possible.

I have been a patient for over 7 years and find the staff to be very helpful and always pleasant. My PCP Kevin Harkin is extremely thorough, competent and makes himself available if I ever need him. I have received nothing less than excellent care from health first family care center.

I was a patient and employee here for about 4 years. Iv seen countless patients come in and leave even worst then what they came in with. Iv also seen doctors make up lies to cover themselves up and keep their licenses safe while leaving the patient messed up and in pain. This place is evil and will use your body and health to make a quick buck. Iv seen HR completely destroy the lives of their own fellow employees with no remorse these people are heartless and evil, thinking about my time here makes me sick, I feel really bad for all the patients that are receiving corruped care and have no idea. This place needs to be shut down for so many reasons it's scary.

Been a patient here for quite a few years. It takes forever to get in touch with someone over the phone. Dr. Kimberly Zellar left without any notification, I found out when I was called to renew my PT-1 rides for the year. They gave me a nurse in place to see her. Karen Moore. Then this nurse literally bails last minute literally, the day of my appointment (9/7/23). So I had to call to my ride to cancel it. This place is extremely unprofessional and clearly does NOT care for their patients. I do not recommend this facility. If this next nurse bails, I will be leaving this facility for a better one. My trust and respect for this facility has gone right out the window.

Was told I be seen by a female dentist, A Turkish guy who stinks came out who barley/Couldn't speak English I don't even know my dental game plan then they booked me into November for basic dentistry. Would not recommend to family or friends, Not a welcoming experience after with the dentist, He didn't explain anything and made my dental anxiety worse

Let my mom sit in a room for more then 2 hours unattended!! Then nurse proceeds to tell my mom "you're all set" without the doctor seeing her. Its also sad the doctor is Cambodian and she doesn't seem to care all. I will be reporting this to the higher ups ASAP.

This establishment is horrible!! I called 2 weeks ago for a sick appt, was told there was no spots for that day and would have to call back the next day. They refused to make an appt for the next day or any day for that matter, I ending up going to urgent care! Fast forward to today, I call to make my mother a physical appt, was told she has not been seen for 3 years and would technically be a new patient. I explained that she was not seen by any other provider since her last visit, and that it was due to the pandemic that she was not comfortable in a health care environment. The woman on the phone proceeded to speak to me like I was a child, telling me they are not accepting new patients to try back in a few weeks. Horrible accessibility of visits !Horrible customer service! Health First please get your establishment under control!
