EDITED POST- Drove there to learn the outlet is closed to the public. (I called & that is what the voicemail said as well.) Dorothy Cox (across the road) said to ring the bell, I did and they let me in. Very nice ppl. Very accommodating.

I ordered curtains from Ellis at the end of December 2020. Though they took money out of my bank account to pay for them I still have not received the curtains and it is now February 7th. I emailed and called the company with no response.

I've been shopping here for 20 yrs ..The curtains I purchased in 2003 are still in the same shape I purchased them in.. even after dry cleaning..The time they put in to these curtains are AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend visiting ..You won't walk out empty handed .

I love my curtains from Ellis Curtain Factory Outlet!! I had been looking online forever and finally found a picture of what I wanted. My search then led me to Ellis Curtain Factory Outlet as the only place the curtains were available. I tried to order online and had an issue with the website. I sent an email and they responded immediately and took my order over the phone and it arrived in two days. The curtains are just like they looked in the photo and the quality is great. The staff were great to deal with and I will definitely be a return customer!!!!
