I have recently done buiness with Koopman Lumber in Fairhaven and I have been very pleased. I was working with Ethan for all the lumber and wolf decking materials. Ethan has been very good to deal with while giving me a good price. I will keep Koopman for all my future lumber needs. You would be wise to look at them before going to a home depot and lowes.

Please tell your truck drivers to learn how to drive appropriately. Tailgating on Route 140 this morning while the roads were soaked seems super smart and super professional. I could barely hit my brakes to take my exit because they weren't slowing down.

Went there today to get a price on lumber for addition. Walk into Mike behind the counter talking down to his co-worker John. John proceeds to give my plans to someone else who spoke loud enough for me to hear about how busy his was. Again John being the recipient of that guys anger. So I asked for my plans back and will take my business elsewhere. Guy tried to explain his reasoning for his outburst.Not interested in listening to why you treat your potential customers like you do. Jimmy who used to owned Fairhaven lumber would've never treated a customer like this.

Fairhaven Lumber has ALWAYS been there for me! When 2020 put the box store on their heels, Fairhaven Lumber was there, open, and working with their customers to get their home improvement needs provided for. I've been a customer for about 40 years; and they haven't failed me yet.
