Miriam at the pharmacy was friendly and very helpful. Stevens (sorry for saying you’re name wrong) at the cash register was very friendly and patient with me as I figured out how to pay, keep up the good work!

If you’re there, avoid the lady with dreads. She throws your products not only on the table but also inside the bag; breaking them. And when I told her not to throw my stuff, she just stared at me, with an attitude. Don’t work at a place handling costumers, if you can’t bear dealing people.

I was walking my dog when I met my husband and we decided to buy beer for Saturday nigh!!!, when we got at the cash register the guy right there ask for ours ID!! I didn’t have my with me but my husband who was buying the drinks had, also I am 58 and my husband 59!! he was so rude I left the store, he grab the beers and put back in the fridge yeld with my husband what of course yeld back to him!! my husband told him to call the manager and explain all the situation, the manager told the guy to go and bring back the beers!! so my husband was able to pay and finally got our drinks for the night!! The cash register look dirty and unpleasant!! The manager was very nice!!!

After asked if I was able to carry all my purchases in one bag , I politely asked if I could have a second bag. I’m waking a pretty good mile and today is freezing, I was denied ( like I had a chance anyway )and was given a lecture about bags law in the state of Massachusetts and how the bag can support I don’t know how many pounds . Even though in Everett we don’t have that. Again I explained I’d walk and if I could have a second bag, now the coworker came to denied me again! I was just expecting some sympathy and understanding because today it’s not a regular day, we are facing a weather emergency! And even though I used my Walgreens card , when I got home I noticed the employees must have “forgotten “ to validate, and I paid full price for an item I was supposed to get discount !We need a little more sympathy in this world !

Horrible pharmacy. Disorganized and the customer service never helps adequately, they are even rude at times when you ask them to do essential functions of their job. Unacceptable.

Overall positive experience. I came to this location to get my second COVID booster. The pharmacist was helpful and had a great sense of humor! The lines are well managed and the store is well-stocked overall, but I am deducting one star because I could not find any decently sized non-Christmas/non-holiday gift bags. Because birthdays and other festivities happen at all times of the year, I would expect that a store of this size would sell a decent variety of birthday gift bags at all times of the year.
