Al exudes and exemplifies what it should be to be a business owner of the upmost respect, professionalism and kindness. While this store is small, things are clean, he’s well versed and very helpful. And despite having competitors such as Home Depot this store is testament to the work ethic the owners invest in satisfying their costumers and being an integral part of the community. I rented a truck from here and had a wonderful and pleasant experience. Thanks Al.

Very knowledgeable staff with a great selection of items including paint supplies, plumbing supplies and electrical supplies. They also rent varying sizes of UHaul trucks.Great local hardware store!

Al is truly a gem of a human running a Hollywood stereotype of the perfect neighborhood store. He absolutely bent over backwards to help me return my U-Haul truck early and to his location vice having to fight rush hour traffic on Route 1. The kindness he demonstrated was the salve I needed after an 11 hour drive including going through NY! His shop is a treasure trove of home improvement and maintenance items but what really makes this 5-star review was just Al himself. A genuinely good person with a drive to help his fellow citizen means we'll be returning for future business.

I rented a uHaul from here for an hour since I need it for a quick trip 3 miles down the road and back. The guy at the service desk told me that it would cost the same if I rented it for the whole day incase I end up needing it longer. The uhaul was supposed to cost 19.95 plus 1.07 dollars a mile. I used 7 miles total. And to my surprise I see that I was charged 55$ for this service. I called the store to address this issue and was redirected to call the “store owner” at another number which always went to voicemail. The staff was not helpful at all with this situation in which they overcharged me and frankly I felt they were trying to send me to a dead end. They told me to leave a voicemail and I never heard back from them. NEVER RENT A UHAUL HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGE ALMOST DOUBLE .

Although a smaller shop, these folks are the real deal. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and friendly. They even closed the shop for 5 minutes to help take my purchase out when my toddler needed my full attention. I'll definitely back soon - likely without the kiddo.

I'm a traveling nurse and my dad is visiting from out of town. I had a run in with a pole and my roommate and I don't have any tools on us to fix the light that popped out. We needed a specific sized torx screw driver, and the owner Alfred Lattanzi was nice enough to let us try out a few and fix our car that was parked right out front. We returned it after we used it and he didn't charge us a dime! After talking with him we found out he was a ward 6 councilman, and although I'm not going to be in Boston by the time re-election comes, I wanted to boast on what an upstanding guy he was and the great establishment he's running. Hard to find people like this now-a-days.

The owner Al is a great guy who goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. I had a small question regarding my bill after renting a Uhaul and Al made sure I was taken care of. Screw Home Depot or Lowe's, small hardware stores like this deserve your business, especially with an owner as dedicated as Al.

Al Lattanzi and his son, helped me rent a truck and got me the best deals on my uhual contract. Genuinely a kind gentlemen. He cares for the people(customer) and will even go above and beyond for a customer. Actions speak louder then words, so best to go meet him yourself and see what I'm talking about! Thanks Al ????✅
