Not responsive. I had only one question about a deduction that was omitted which I noticed while reviewing my return. I asked it a few times, via the app and email, and it went unanswered. Very frustrating.

Very efficient service. The electronic 'portal' is really easy to use and allowed ease of uploading documents; with everything being electronic it's quick and simple.
