I moved here 2 years ago and selected Richard's Fuel because neighbors use them. I have been absolutely happy with the service and the product's delivery. Yesterday, in a heat wave, my A/C unit stopped working. I called after hours and spoke with the answering service. I received a call back at 7:32 this morning, and John, a professional who has worked on our boiler, was here by 12:30. He repaired my A/C, noticed that my filters needed replacing, ran back to the office for replacements, and checked to make sure that the A/C was working well. I am very grateful for a neighborhood company. The office staff are always cheerful and professional, and any time I have called for service, I have had wonderful service with professionals. Each has taken time to explain to me the parts and service, and I am extremely glad to give Richard's my highest recommendation.
