This branch is outright ridiculous. We had an amazing, sweet woman who helped us start our process of opening another bank account, after she helped us we needed to speak to someone else to fully process the account. We sat for over 30 minutes waiting for help. A man walked by us to which we asked for help to which he responded “we are short staffed, it will be a few more minutes. wait”. He had a chip on his shoulder and was incredibly rude. At this point we got up and left. I will never be returning to this branch again.

The Bank of America is a major funder of the fossil-fuel projects, pipelines etc that are increasing carbon dioxide and greenhouse gas emissions that ==> more climate change, more climate chaos. Consider avoiding the Bank of America until it stops funding fossil-fuel projects. Thanks Steve J

Bank of America 2 times let me feel like less than human I went the one on island pond rd to change a check they said I belive 15 dallars I agree then later she came back and they dont want change the check I went to my bank it was fine the check was a bank of America check they are rasist in treatment

I called to open a safe deposit box. Firstly the lady says they don’t have the box size I was looking for, when I explained I called few days ago and verified that the size was there she retraced and said it was there but not available. Again I explained that it was available since I had checked that too, then she says she spoke to the manager and they can’t open the box because they are going to be closed for the rest of month of december. I think she just didn’t want the hassle of working today...obviously she was lying about everything!! Time to move to a different bank I think.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. 1 teller currently. 6 people in line. 4 people waiting to see other people. They do not open drive thru. Last time drive theu was open it took 20 minutes to make a payment. They are extremely understaffed and slow because of it. I showed up at 3.55 and they were closed. Their sign clearly says they close st 4 pm. Definitely changing banks.

This is by far the worst Bank Of America branch. The tellers are understaffed and the line is always ridiculous. The management is BEYOND rude and make you feel like a bother that you walked through their doors. I've NEVER had a good experience here and I have to go almost daily for work. I've had minimum wage fast food workers with better attitudes than these woman.

I went to cash 2 BANK OF AMERICA checks. She asked me if I would like to open an account and I stated that I did not, that I just wanted to cash the checks. She told me there would be an $8 fee per check and I agreed to pay it. Then she got her manager who came up to the window and said "you are not our customer you need to go to your own financial institution". I told her"these are BANK OF AMERICA checks, and this is BANK OF AMERICA. Why can't I cash them?" And again she told me that I am not a customer and that I need to go elsewhere. I had BOA about 7 years ago and this interaction reminded me of why I left. Poor customer service

Don't go on your lunch break...it will take your entire break. There will be a line out the door with one person working the counter....while everyone at a desk doesn't help out.

Never had a good experience here the lines are not long and I wait over 20 minutes and most of the employees do not have good customer service skills I think I am switching from Bank of America

Hedaya was very rude I asked for large bills and she simply said no. She barely said a word to me she handed me my money and didn't even say have a good day or anything. I've never felt so mistreated ever. Terrible attitude and customer service skills she is not who I would want representing the face of my business I was disgusted.
