Got a winterizing price of $195 for my Mercedes Solara, went to pick it up price was $500!! They charged me to put the panels back on that they took off to winterize. They charged me for 3 gals of anti freeze that should have been in the original quote! $45 to top off windshield wiper fluid. They get $176 an hour! Unbelievable! All I can say is beware!

Was quoted a price of $195 for winterization of my RV. When I went to pick it up the price was $500!! They charged me for putting the panels back that they removed to do the job, charged me for 3 gals of antifreeze that should have been included in the original price! Asked them to top off windshield washer fluid, they charged $45 plus the cost of the fluid! They charge $176 per hr labor. A complete and total ripoff! Buyer beware!

Brought my camper in for repair of the TV Antenna. The staff troubleshot the problem then worked with the manufacturer RV dealer service center for parts to complete the repair. Both Cable & OTA work good now.

We brought our camper in for repairs. They gave us a quote for one price and tried to charge us double. The we talked to Lippert who was paying part of the repair and was told that the way they did the repair was not correct and it should have only taken 4 hours not 18 and Lippert would have paid the whole thing. Once we finally got our camper back after a month there are damages to it. Deb is rude and unprofessional and saying the damages were already there. Do not use the scam people and damage their campers.

I am new to the RV World and have had the experience of shopping three different RV Stores and there is a WORLD of difference between them. Camping USA RV Service Center is HELPFUL, CHEERFUL, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE and PLEASANT.The "OTHER" Big RV Stores (Think chain), can be extremely unpleasant, surly, unhelpful, harried, with just an all around negative tone and vibe.Camping USA RV Service is winning me over for good.Just super nice folks -- huge inventory -- excellent, fair prices and a very positive vibe.

Campers USA had my trailer for just shy of two years fixing panels I picked up once awning still didn’t work that they installed and they dented my new panels they put on. We called on the road about our bedroom slide not working and they said come on and their tech would take a look. Very hard space to crawl into to get to motor but their tech Dan is awesome! They ordered the motor worked with our warranty company and got it done the next couple of weeks. They also fixed a patch on the roof. Great store with lots of supplies and very knowledgeable employees and owner Debbie! We highly recommend this place!Services: Body & Trim

They pulled the latch that holds the top of my popup almost out of the wall claiming it was that way when I took it there. They even split the wall. I had no prior problems with that latch until I took it there. I asked how much to repair it and they responded it’s very expensive. I fixed it myself and it’s very secure. I can understand they lost money during the covid disaster but stop ripping off your customers!!!! Some of us do take pictures of everything before we bring our vehicles in for repairs to protect ourselves from businesses like this one.
