It's a beautiful, large airport, but without a comfortable food court and with a somewhat confusing inspection scheme for those going to the USA passing through here.

Big clean lots of signs , just when ur going there to pick up u can only pull up to the person you are picking there is absolutely no parking and waiting in the pick up zone . 0 tolerance

The fact that you have to go through security to go between terminals is absurd. The shuttle bus between terminals A and E reminded me of the prison bus in The Fugitive. Terrible airport overall.

Garbage airport, rude staff, nobody helps you, had me walk from term E to A and then E again, huge airport but nothing is organized. Customs is horrible, held us there while next person was coming to check passports, girl was doing her lips and just holding up the line, avoid this airport if you can.

Love coming here, as long as you pay attention it's easy to get around.

Busy airport. Park off-site for cheaper parking. Allow time for long lines in security.

My low rating has nothing to do with the good people who work at the airport, it is the design of the airport and how outdated it is for such a big city like Boston. This airport is in a serious overhaul top to bottom.
