Wow what amazing service from Wilson, Dom and Misa!!!!! Definitely recommend they treated me like their personal friend offering me recommendations based off my desired high and had such great attitudes. Went above and beyond providing me so much details on the type of strands and and type of highs they provide. I will definitely be returning the customer service and quality of bud undefeated ! Answer all my questions with enthusiasm, knowledge and willingness to really ensure I left satisfied 10/10 - -Judy (a very happy customer ?)

Every now and then they will have enough people behind the counter, but most of the time if the ATM doesn’t work, there’s a huge line and no one there to help you. Takes way longer than most experiences at any other dispensary. I only go because it’s close to me but would rather go elsewhere

I was a regular here, I was in the store buying a few items when I noticed a man come in with a ski mask on completely covering his face. Only reason I noticed was because the woman taking my order looked scared so I turned around and seen the man in a ski mask. I asked if he worked there, I asked the white kid who was working as well if everything was OK but something didn't seem right. I am now not allowed into the store because of my concern for the staff and the store. They have me marked down as trespassing. How could I possibly trespass if they let me in the front while showing them my legal ID. The mixed colored kid who was working in the front illegal let his friend in and they got mad because I called him out. The police did show up, I was not arrested but Berkshire Roots is now under investigation for making a false claim to the police. You lost my business no loss for me. You did this too yourself.

I cannot say how much appreciation I felt being in tragic place! Misael was beyond outstanding! He made everything easy he made it cheaper, but he also did something that only a person with compassion, understanding, and straight up real person would do! I’ve never felt so much love in a place of business.. I was stuck I was out of options, (is what I thought) until Misael refuse to just give up and he made it happen. Thank you my brother.Don’t let me forget the gentlemen who signed me up in the front, either I just didn’t get his name.. from the first person who help me to the last! I felt nothing but love! thank you guys

Unorganized and CS agent was condescending and rude. Why order if they need to scramble to find products when you get there? My order could not be found. Products are ok. Buy something other than the BR brand to be safe.

Went in for first time other day as they just became medical .... Awesome buds!! Plus they do it the way dispensaries did it and give you the 50 off x4 . I will be going back

I was so disappointed in this place. I drove 45 mins one day to get what was posted on the site as available. When I got there they didn't have a few of the items I wanted. The guy told me next time before you make a trip make sure you place an order online first to reserve what you want so you don't waste your time. So tonight I did just that I Went online placed my order and off I went to go pick up. Waited until I got my confirmation email saying my order was successfully recieved. But When I got there they said bad news we do not have what you asked for. They did have one of the stains in .5 grams and tried to sell me that one for 26.00 but I reserved the 1 gram that was on sale for 18.95. To me this is a scam to get you in the door. Two nights in one week this happened to me. I drive 45 mins and paid tolls just to find out I couldn't get what I went for again. So in two days I drove 3 hours total for this scam they have going. 3 hours with gas being 4.00 a gallon wear on my car and tolls and my own personal time.I will never be coming back to this dispensary but it is their lose. I will make sure to spread the word. My word will hurt this company.My time is money.

Drove an hour in holiday Friday rush traffic to arrive before 9They still wouldn't let people on past 850.If they said that on website I qouldnt have had a 2 hour drive for nothing.Back in my dayWe'd work the extra 15 minutes take all the customers And close and we wouldn't even get paid. And if we didn't like it we could pick to not have a jobPeople today have a different work out ethic and outlookThey close earlier than they say they do.I guess their weekend is more important than my weekend. So they should put the appropriate hours. Do not waste their customers timE.

I am a medical patient and this is one of the worst dispensaries I've ever been to. Not because of the budtenders or inventory team. Solely because the management team there is terrible. Kim, Dom, and Andrew are some of the most miserable and rudest ppl I ever met. Will Never go to Berkshire roots until those three people are fired, go to Harbor House collective in chelsea or boutiq in east Boston. They treat their employees terribly and if you don't believe me, ask the employees themselves when they are not in front of the managers. Dom, Kim, and Andrew complain like babies and think they can treat anybody how they like but I couldn't hold it any longer. They disrespected so many people in the Boston area and they are medical but should have that license taken away honestly. I always hear the worlds smallest violin being played by andrew and it's honestly sad lol Never disrespect me and the hard workers of Massachusetts that keep your store running and money in your pockets.
