We have purchased many pieces of furniture from Horton’s and have always had THE BEST customer service! In store they are so incredibly friendly and helpful and such a true pleasure. The delivery is also amazing and so professional they truly aim to please and succeed in doing so! Hortons will ALWAYS be our go to furniture store.

My family was recently in the market for new living room furniture. We decided to shop local and visited Horton Furniture. We found a sofa, loveseat and accent chair that was perfect for our space. The pieces are high quality and the price was very reasonable. The salesman was very helpful and not pushy at all. The furniture came in when we were told it would arrive. The delivery men were great as well. Overall we had an excellent experience with Horton Furniture and would recommend them.

I went into the store looking for a new mattress and boxspring set! As soon as I walked in an associate greeted me! The owner showed me what he had and I picked one out! No pressure! They delivered it and took the old set! I highly recommend Horton's! I had a great experience my first time!

Best furniture store in Massachusetts. Hidden away in small town of Dudley. Two floors of beautiful quality furniture. There's no salesman to hound you, but readily available to help you. Been there twice and both times had next day free delivery. Delivery men were very professional and helpful. Highly recommend to go there first. You won't find better.

We went everywhere looking for a small recliner (not powered) from Framingham/ Natick Westboro, Whitinsville, Northboro, Millbury Blackstone Mall, Not one, everyone was to tall and to big.Finally decided to order it on line because of desperation, but was very hesitant------ what if it was not right and the color was not what we wanted but ordered it anyways. Low and behold we were told about Hortons Furniture in Dudley, so we went there, unbelievable, 5 recliners to choose from. We were able to cancel the one on line which was a 8 week wait. Drove back to Hortons , bought one, great price, color was perfect, service was outstanding and delivery was free and for a small fee will take the old one out. They had one in stock and were able to deliver it the next day.Great place to check out.

Won't buy anything there again...my bureau lasted a year if that...it's warped in the middle and back piece is totally warped and pulling away..

Great place to buy furniture. We purchased two living room sets on separate occasions. By far the best price (we saw the same set for 2x the price at another store). Delivery and set up included make it even better.
