Typical dollar tree. Place is packed with people and one register open. Waiting in line for 30 minutes to check out is a given fact at any dollar tree. Usually the cashier is a nice and friendly person though.

I go to this location almost 2x weekly, I’m never one to make a complaint however tonight’s trip threw me off. The I believe manager is not the nicest in general with the way she treats her associates infront of customers I’ve witnessed on multiple occasions. She always seems like she’s in a bad mood, anyways at checkout tonight she was ringing customers, I went to go pay and my card declined- I apologized and said I’m sorry my other card is in the car can you cancel my order for a minute and continue with remaining customers..the additude was ridiculous and uncalled for. I stepped out for card already embarrassed and she continues to say out loud infront of customers about my situation and pass my stuff off to the other cashier and counted her drawer. I returned and apologized again and had no issue with my transaction. Mistakes happen, she should learn a thing or two about being a decent human especially around the holidays, left in tears.

I have some good finds at this dollar tree, usually pretty stocked up.The reason i'm leaving 3 stars is because of how the employees have been treated by management a few times i've been in. As well as watching a line build and build and just hiding away again instead of offering help. I think there's room for improvement is all .

Dudley dollar tree in my opinion is so much cleaner and organized than others that I've shopped at.

I never have a problem at this store everyone is always welcoming and nice but today I got someone who seemed rude and seemed like she didn’t want to help and instead of helping people she was opening a package that could of waited her attitude was very rude

Jason was our cashier he was extremely rude and jerky. My son who's 4 was shoeing him his toy he's was getting and he grabbed it out of his hand and practically threw it back at him. On top of that my mom wanted to get a divider and he pushed my moms hand out of the way and grabbed it. Overall the meanest cashier I ever had.

I was so disappointed with the Dudley Store today. I went in to get some Autumn things for an October Birthday Party. I found 1(one) Sunflower in the entire place! I would have thought that I could find plastic flower vase Not a One!!
