“I just have to say, that the Sturbridge, MA Tractor Supply has THEE most HAPPIEST and most polite people working there, hands down. No matter when I have gone there, during the day or evening, every single person I've ever encountered there have been nothing but friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Great customer service is not always great everywhere else, but your employees are simply a joy to deal with! Please keep up the great work and thank you!”

“I like this store, however the ladies restroom needs maintenance, one stall door is broken and won’t close, and in another stall, the toilet is clogged and won’t flush. Please fix those issues.”
“The store is messy and not organized very well. Really snotty employees on the floor. The cashier was nice. I bought ring dings 2 for $3.00. But was charged $3.79 each. I didn't realize till I got home. I should have checked my receipt before I left.”
“Our first time stopping by a TSCo. On a day trip from Boston to Thompson & Putnam & we loved it!It kinda reminded me of the old Benny’s gone Country. Wanted to get some baby chickens ? but some of us city-slickers are dumb when it comes to livestock. Nice selection of unique items & farmy stuff and good prices. Bought some clothes, candy & jerky”
“Saw the most beautiful thing...there was this elder lady that couldnt pay for her stuff and cancelled the order and the cashier paid for it ran outside and gave the stuff to her...that is the best act of kindness. God bless her”

“I've visited this store a few times and always had a good experience. Once, a worker gave my kiddo a lolli. Today, after being at my wits end after my toddler not listening at all and having a full on tantrum, a lovely worker (blond, tattoo on inner wrist/forearm, didn't catch her name) helped me bag all my things and helped my son open his toy cars. Everyone here is very lovely and the store is always clean and well stocked!”
“You can find almost everything there. Just don't buy their fruit!!! Bought a precut watermelon and when I brought it home to eat it, it was like biting into the sole of a shoe!! No lie. The rest of the fruit I bought was like eating a sponge. Other than that, the rest of the things I bought were ok. I will never buy any type of fruit from them.”
“I'm updating my review, as Walmart has since added a number of cashiers to their team, and now offers delivery for a yearly fee (which I use every week!). The attitude and professionalism of the staff has also improved greatly. Although it was clear that Walmart's transition to self service cashiers, delivery service (and pick-up) was a difficult one; they certainly seem to have it together now. Bravo Walmart, you earned this long time customer's approval back!”

“What a super experience at Walmart Putnam, CT produce department. I really wanted to buy leeks and there were none on the shelf. I asked Samantha, produce clerk, if they had any. Without hesitation she checked and found some beautiful leeks for me. Thank you for having employees like Samantha!”

“Typical dollar tree. Place is packed with people and one register open. Waiting in line for 30 minutes to check out is a given fact at any dollar tree. Usually the cashier is a nice and friendly person though.”
