Wanted to definitely shout out Ace for being an amazing employee. I went in looking for a specific item and he assisted me and was so pleasant. He went above and beyond and when I was getting flustered reminded me to not stress and relax ? I will definitely be back again.

I visited the store in Dracut, Ma for a tail light. Ace gave top notch service. He even replaced the light for me right then! He was polite, and professional as is typical for a trip to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Great service!

Went to get a part and was asked if I had cash. It's 2023 no one uses cash nowadays. The employees are offering discounts for bribes. Definitely not going back after that. Blatant employee theft. Avoid. Who knows what scams they're running behind the parts counter.

Meh. Tried coming in at 830 pm on Monday. Doors were locked, and staffed just shrugged at me through the window. Corporate website and google says 9 pm. Operating times are either misleading or have since changed.
