My mother-in-law bought a house through agent Szadrii Medina, was told she has to use her mortgage person and her inspector person. Well turns out she got ripped off on the mortgage and wasn't even allowed to put in the bid she wanted, she was told full price from her own agent. Well months later we found out the boiler and furnace were complete junk and the well under the house that no one ever mentioned flooded. When trying to reach out to her she won't even call back. The owner never received the inspection report, she was just told everything was ok. This is by far the worst experience and this agent is a horrible person. Good to know not one broker has reached out.

If you are white, go for them. If you are of color (black, asian, etc) forget them. They will not allow us to enter open house, leave us stay outside in cold weather, request all your information. That's how I was treated by Claudia Galeas. And they will never admit that they are extremely racist.

My Son and his wife have lived at 330 Tyngsboro Ave. Apt A Dracut Ma for over 6 years. They love it so I would like to live closer to them, they have a 2 year old son.

Attempted to buy a house where the seller was represented by Shawna Hansen of Later Realty. There were problems with the title and realtor was in complete denial. She accused us of not being able to get a mortgage, frequently called our mortgage company, and was poor at communicating with us, the actual buyers, and our realtor. Seller ended the sale because she felt that she was being ignored, even though our lawyer was in contact with her lawyer regularly. Then the very next day the realtor tried to convince us to revive the P&S. We were not interested in doing business with an unreliable seller. We found out today that she LIED to her broker and told him that we were the ones that called off the sale, despite us having a signed document from the SELLER's lawyer saying otherwise. Avoid Shawna Hansen if you are buying in Middlesex County Massachusetts.

I bought a house with an agent from LAER. Two weeks after closing I needed assistance with an unforeseen issue. The agent was unresponsive and unwilling to help. Stacey Alcorn, CEO and Broker, acted in the same manner. I do not recommend, unless you only expect a purely transactional service. Very unprofessional.
