I had a great experience here. I got four new tires at an affordable rate and they were done in a timely manner. The owner Emil was very helpful in recommending certain ties for our work fleet. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great job!!!

Something just isn't quite right there. I was in for a tire patch last week, and I happen to notice the state inspector, for lack of better words, appeared mentally unstable. Lots of attitude, saying how he "hates his job", yelling throughout the shop. The mechanic in the next bay also started acting out, and it gave me the impression that the employees are dissatisfied, or they do not hire the right people for the job. My tire was patched, and I haven't had any issues since, but I don't think I'd go back, based on my impressions of what I saw. I think the employees, or even management, need a little self-reflection to see what's wrong, and/or if the job is right for them. Thank you.

Take a look at the reviews below about inspection complaints. My words echo these complaints…
Disgustingly rude and the inspectors have no idea what they are doing. They failed me for a “parking light” out, when no light was out at all. They cannot be trusted.
Below, you will see an answer from the shop. Not once did I say anyone should “kill themselves”. Also, when another employee says they’ll inspect it next time and ensure I will fail again, you better expect me to be upset.
Don’t worry about it! I have reported Dracut tire shop to the state and have them coming out to look at the alleged “taped window” and “bad parking light”. I will also not come back to reinspect. I will have another shop - a COMPETENT SHOP - check my car.
When your inspector started getting angry with me when I questioned his inspection, you better believe I will respond. Get a clue over there.

If you’re looking for a guaranteed failure of an inspection sticker, then come to this place and bring your clown shoes lol I think the owner may work for the RMV as well as he is totally by the book if your car is not brand new from the factory, no chance stay away from this joke of a place by the way, I got a kick out of the guy you failed for the windshield wiper and your response is even more hilarious ha ha ha call place is a clow show

Don't ever bring your car to fix or do inspection sticker at this place I brought my car to get it inspection and say my windshield wiper is no good and want me to buy it from there place my windshield wiper when i turn on nice and clear no water on the window I seen more then 4 cars got rejected

Place is a joke and i don’t recommend. They fail you for nothing. There are other better mechanic places somewhere else other than Dracut. Dracut Tire Place is a joke. Too bad there’s no option for 0 star haha.

This place is a joke they took advantage of my mother and lied to her and said she needs four new tires when she didn't, so they failed her inspection, everytime I would go there myself I never leave without a problem you want to pass there you need a new car that has never been used, any car that has ever been driven more than a year will fail with these scumbags, there liars and dishonest and only want to screw you over, if you have a choice don't go there unless every other mechanic shop in the world is closed and there your last resort

We moved to NH but have yet to find a garage as reliable as Dracut Tire so continue to use them. Professional, honest, and affordable. Have used them multiple times for repairs, oil changes, and tires. They are always timely and have excellent communication before repairs and with any other suggestions. Greatly appreciate their work and highly recommend them.

Went for inspection sticker. Failed because license plate discolored. Told the rear brakes squeaked. Brought it to a reputable mechanic who checked them and said they were okay. The squeak was caused by the heater blower when on low. Not a problem.
Tech was not rude but not friendly. He failed the woman in the next bay over as well.
Our entire family has been loyal customers for many many years. No more, we are done. Previous owners were great
