“Was blown away by the customer service here. I dont think I’ve ever seen such excellent and attentive service in a retail store. Every employee we passed asked if we needed anything. We were eventually helped by the manager Justin. He was knowledgeable, honest, and very easy to work with. He could have sold us a car - we trusted him and his judgment that much after working with him for an hour. I would like to to know who owns or runs this location because I want to personally discuss how impress we were with Justin. He’s a rare find so we want to go out our way to make sure his contributions are wholly recognized. 10/10 rec this place and Justin of course”

“We had an emergency on a Sunday with my English Bulldog Macy and called VEG in Cambridge. Anna answered the phone and connected me right to a Doctor. I explained my concerns and the fact that my dog has severe anxiety and was put at ease right away and was told that they will do what ever was less stress for Macy when we arrived. Anna greeted us when we walked in and brought us back right away and we're checked in and examined by Dr. Abigail and Eric. Dr. Abigail listened to everything we explained. Dr. Abigail gave us her recommendations and what she would like to do and check in such great detail that we had no questions to ask. AMAZING!!!! Amy Grace our nurse was just as wonderful with her patience, understanding and care again her instructions were so well communicated that we had no follow up questions to ask. While we waited for blood work, Anna from the front came through to check in us and offer us refreshments. Just as important we were able to watch the entire staff care for the other pets with and without their owners there with such kindness, care, and love. I hope to never need another ER visit but if I ever do or someone I know, this is without a doubt the place to go. Thank you all especially Anna, Dr. Abigail, Amy Grace, and Eric.”

“They have the most beautiful lighting fixtures anywhere and specialize in antique fixtures. Jane has chosen many beautiful lampshades for me over the years and they have done many lamp repairs. High quality workmanship that you cannot find anywhere else. So sorry that left Brookline but now I have left myself and moved to NH! I will be contacting Jane regarding a replacement lamp shade soon!”

I left with things that I loved (all Pokemon products).There are a ton of Studio Ghibli things, so definitely stop by if you like that. I was surprised to see that they had Ponyo merch. “This shop is a gem in Roslindale! When possible, I tend to do most of my shopping locally. Spending money in there community ensures that is stays in the community.As the seasons change, so do the available items here. In the spring, I buy some seeds for the garden. The summer months have products more associated with that. As we head into autumn and winter, the focus shifts toward the holiday season. I always buy some Christmas gifts here for various family and friends.The store is always busy during Small Business Saturday and the holiday markets.They stock a variety of items such as cards, jewelry, home decor, clothing, and lots of localy-themed items such as coasters, towels, and glassware.Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and takes the time to talk with me. This is something that you generally don't get in a large chain store.In conclusion, this is a great store and comes highly recommended by me!”

You will do and see things that other people and groups will not experience, with lots of hands on involvement.
