The manager with the brown hair is extremely rude and very unhelpful. Extremely miserable person overall, made my experience at urban horrible.

The staff is mad rude I’ve been in multiple times and been harassed by them. They try to make customers feel uncomfortable on purpose

It has good clothes, it has clean fitting rooms, but the clothes are just so expensive. If cost is not a concern there are few better places to get clothes around it, but if you're worried about spending $40+ on a T-Shirt this may not be the place for you.

Some of the rudest staff ever. No patience for anyone. Standing in line no problem with waiting a manager I am assuming walks behind me and says “excuse me” as I am proceeding to move I feel her on my back saying it two more times. That was never necessary making contact with another person. If i didn’t have to work and make the return I would have left. Then when doing my return younger girl helped me and made a mistake and tried to blame me. I was reading the numbers to my return for her and she inputted it wrongly. It seems like she caught an attitude after she realized she was wrong in the end she also threw my receipt at me after making said return. I never want to shop at this location again. I have only came into contact with two employees who are polite.

Nice store in Dedham, first time in store today, was curious why none of workers said hello when you walk in, none of the workers appeared to be happy , I was in store for long time, and still no said 1 word , maybe like can I help you find something, I get greeted by guy at my corner dollar store when I walk in
