I have always been very nervous about having to pick out a mattress. It seemed very overwhelming just thinking about it. However, I went to Casper today and within 15 minutes I knew which mattress was made for me. Paul provided the most professional customer service and with his expertise, I found the perfect bed. He was very knowledgeable not just about the mattress but the pillows and other accessories too. We ended up getting one of pretty much everything because it was all high quality. There was absolutely no pressure on us to get anything or make any decisions. The whole process was very comfortable and easy. I will recommend coming here to anyone looking for a new mattress or pillows/sheets/blankets.

We went into Casper looking for a new mattress and Paul was sooo amazing! He really took the time to understand mine and my husband's needs (which are different). Paul helped us find the best mattresses for us. These mattresses are so supportive and amazing. I am in love with the zone support they have in their mattresses. My husband loved the added cooling feature. We were able to mix and match with 2 TwinXL to make a King.

Casper’s customer service was great.Paul help us with giving his advice/opinion on sheets when we were looking. He is very knowledgeable and we walked out being very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend and we will be back to purchase a bed soon!

Came back to upgrade my frame a little bit after my purchase and Paul held the frame for me as I drove an hour and showed me all the clearance they had in store while I was here . Always a great vibe at this Casper ✨

I recently tried out mattresses and pillows here and had a great experience. My associate Janet was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The location was clean and had everything we wanted to try. We’ve been sleeping much better since we purchased our pillows at Casper.

Paul was so helpful when i went into the store to buy a new pillow. I was tired of my $5 target pillow. Definitely worth spending the extra money for comfort!

I recently made a purchase at this location with the help from this very generous man, I believe his name is Paul. Customer service was smooth and warming, and my purchase went beyond what I was expecting and looking for initially. Will definitely return here when I can.

I love Casper, but I mostly love the one at Legacy place due to all the friendly faces who are so happy to help you find the best mattress to sleep like an angel on clouds. Paul was so happy & asked great questions to ensure I also knew exactly what I wanted because I was clueless on the different kinds. If I could this is a 10/10 place to find a mattress stress free.

Unfortunately after owning our Casper for 3 years we noticed tiny shards on our floor and on our mattress after washing the mattress cover as directed. Called Casper support as we are within the "10 year warranty". Casper support stated this is most likely fiberglass!?! My case has been open for 3 weeks with no response from Casper. Disappointing. Buyer beware.
