The women in here are so sweet and helpful and I know they’re probably told they have to do this by corporate — but PLEASE, I’m begging you, tone it down on the number of times you try to talk to people who are trying to shop. I was asked repeatedly if I needed help and was hovered over the entire time. If I picked up a product (one I’d been using for years), they assumed that I wanted/needed to hear all about it. I was going to make a purchase, but it’s incredibly overwhelming when someone says they don’t need help and makes it pretty clear they don’t want it, and you continue to do it. I couldn’t take it anymore so I left without buying. Thanks! Appreciate you though! But if corporate reads this — give them all a raise. This is just advice because it’s off-putting.

For many years I have been nervous about getting a facial, my skin is very sensitive. Lynne explained the higher dose mask customization of a skin care routine. She made me feel good about helping achieve results, not only with her but my at home routine.
I look forward to my next facial with Lynne and any new recommendations she has for my at home routine.

This specific location doesn’t give out as much samples as other locations. I got two tiny samples other locations send you home with a mini bag of samples. Samples are what initially got me hooked as a blue mercury customer I’ve found so many products my skin loves overall I wouldn’t visit the location again as a customer who likes to purchase and try different products. Customer service was good though!

I am so sad that I was charged $300 for a serum. I came into your shop the Friday before Memorial Day. My friends gave me a gift certificate for $120. I bought 2 products, and was aware of the cost. I asked if they could recommend a serum to mix with my foundation to spread it on smoothly. A clerk offered me a serum that would mix nicely, no mention of price. Shame on me for not looking at my receipt. I only noticed the debit on my credit card last week, thought it was fraud, and cancelled my credit card. I went back to Blue Mercury, they looked at my purchases, and assured me I bought a $300 serum. I was dismayed, and thought someone would apologize for the lack of communication. Instead the manager asked me if I needed a moisturizer to work with the serum. To most, $300 is groceries for a week or a heating or electric bill. That is me. I will never go there again

Terrible hours. I’ve stopped by twice when all of legacy place is open except them. Website says they are open until 8 and they close at 6:45. Will shop elsewhere going forward.

Don't walk. Run in! Yesterday Lynne Elle convinced me to try an "aggressive facial." I left feeling amazing; later that evening, I went to dinner, and I received so many compliments on my skin. Brow tinting is a must-try! It usually takes me about 15 to 20 minutes to draw my eyebrows on perfectly. I woke up ready to go today!

The Esthetician, Lynne Elle, has magic hands! I am a regular customer of hers and she is able to tailor each facial to what I need. Since I have been going regularly, I have noticed an incredible difference in all aspects of my skin. I highly recommend her to anyone!!

I've been going here for all my skincare needs since my friend introduced this store to me, I have gotten a few facials from there now and Lynne Elle has worked wonders on my face. I started going last year in December and since my skin has improved drastically. She works with my skin making a custom facials that are affordable and fits my skin concerns. Softer skin, less ingrown hairs and more even skintone I will not go anywhere else but here for my skin needs!

I had made an appointment about two weeks ago for a full face on Saturday 11/20. I called to confirm my appointment at 1030 at which they had no record of me on the books. They said their make up artist came in at 1 and scheduled me for 1:00 pm. This was my good friends wedding-I had work in the morning otherwise i would’ve joined the wedding party for hair and make up. I had been to blue Mercury before. I had showed the make up artist Helaina what I wanted done which was very basic Smokey eyes with a winged eye liner and fake eyelashes strip applied. They did not have glue and asked me to go to Sephora to get it and did not seem able to the eye lashes anyway. At the end of it being done I was in disbelief that this was what was done on my face. I tried holding back tears because I was already late due to their negligence of placing me on the books for 12. I had to leave take off all my make up and re do it myself. Once I got in my car I was in tears because it was very upsetting that they thought this was ok. I’m very disappointed with the service provided for a full face of make up. I would not go back for products nor a full face of make up at this point..my mom and I always always went here for make up. And she was just as upset at the result.

Thanks to parched skin: hands and face from masks due to covid and washing hands all day, I desperately needed a new, strong, high quality moisturizer at a reasonable price. I came here and was greeted by 2 amazing ladies who social distanced while addressing my skin care issues. Thank you Katie and Helena. I was impressed by your product knowledge and your personal opinions of the products. What a great team!! You both have different skin types. The diversity is wonderful. You both bring a lot to the beauty experience. The hydroboost cream m-61 is so moisturizing. Highly recommend the staff and products.
