It's a nice place to go hang out for a couple hours by yourself with your family. They have a heated pool and Jacuzzior or if you just want to work out they have a full gym.

Dedham pool very small and no lap lanes like in former Cambridge location. Paid for 14 month membership at Cambridge location and due to covid Cambridge pool closed in March 2020. Paid 14 month membership for Cambridge pool and then Cambridge recommended using Dedham Atlantis pool. Paid for Cambridge location and not Dedham. Cambridge Atlantis will not give partial refund although paid 14 months and used only 4 months of pool. And, Dedham 25 minutes from paid membership of Cambridge. Atlantis Cambridge unresponsive and I sent over 10 emails and 5 voicemails and no response with any form of refund as they closed Cambridge. Poor customer service not giving refund...

Do not join this gym! You will never be able to cancel your membership. I joined in February hoping to use their personal training service. In April, when they were unable to connect me with a trainer whose schedule worked with mine, I tried to a cancel the membership. Despite numerous phone calls, trips to the gym, and promises to cancel my membership, they continued to charge me. In fact, I put a stop on further payments to Atlanta and they change their billing method to get around it. I finally had to cancel my card in order to stop the payments. These practices are very dishonest. I would rate this gym zero stars if possible.

Great place to go to get healthy!! Very nice people go to this gym. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The classes are great. The facility is clean and kept up!

In January, 2017, the Atlantis club in Bedford, where I was a member, called me about extending my membership early to get a discount. My membership at that time ran until the end of June. I opted for a 6-month renewal (thru December), because the manager had told me that the hotel might end or renegotiate the contract with Atlantis at the end of the year.
