I cringe at the thought of having to use this gas station. The customer's time is alot more valuable than you may think. Don't waste it.

I once took a wrong turn off the highway in a bad part of Chicago and had to fill up at a place where I was half sure I'd end up being stabbed. I would rather go back to that gas station any day than to this Shell with its high prices, poorly functioning pumps, and infuriatingly loud and obnoxious "gas station tv."

My Girlfriend used to work for this location, I’m not gonna go into details but I will say one thing out the many bad things I have to say about this place. Me and my girlfriend recently moved to Florida back in late October of 2021, it’s Tax filing season and we realized that my girlfriend was missing her W2 from shell and she had all her other W2’s. She called this place and got a hold of Naomi (her previous manager) only to get yelled at and her Saying “I don’t have time for this figure it out” Like what? You don’t have time to do your job and send out your current and previous employees W2’s? HR was no help “call the store” they said. We’ve been trying for a few months to get the documents but to no avail. Hopefully this gets your attention HR smh.

They stop the pump in the middle of filling if you are not standing by the pump...the only station I know has this policy ( or has it strictly enforced). Gotta start driving down a block Either direction where I’ll be able to sit comfortably in the car while filling the car. No more shell...

Gas is over priced to be honest, but I'm more frustrated about the coffee sign that says "refills 99¢" yet they refuse to honor the sign or change it. Apparently "there is no refill button on the register"....really?

I use to go to this Shell all the time until this women started working there and was harrassing me. I don't know who she is or why she was harrassing me. She works the overnight shift. I can't even go to the bank next door or McDonalds without her yelling and screaming at me. Wish I knew why. Not very good customer service skills. She actually thru me off the property one Saturday morning when I was going to get gas at 5 am and I was on E and wanted to go on the highway but I had to find another gas station open that early hour so I could go out of town for the weekend.
