I came in on a Saturday afternoon with a huge bag of vintage systems and games to trade in. The clerk was polite and quick. I got a great cash value for everything.

Found a (lightly) damaged book, and was given a reasonable discount. Friendly all throughout. Great selection too. Also love that they don't have price stickers directly on the books, hate having to carefully take those off and they always leave residue.
