The best place I have ever lived and I moved from Cape Cod. They give you everything, except room service. We are surrounded by beautiful blossoming trees and bushes most of the year.

Was there on a birthday clean swimming pool and nice staff the hall is well chartered for so that you make those memories come through well.

For over 10 years I resided in the love and care of the staff at Ridgefield. As I became a widow it was a safe haven. I am so thankful for the experiences that I had there. The happy get togethers and the fun. Thanks to each and every one of you for making it so.

Gayle originally worked with my parents when they purchased a home in the Ridgefield community in Clinton, MA. I knew they had a good experience during the buying process and when it came time 6 years later to sell the home my parents were in need of a lot of assistance moving due to their declining health.Gayle was very helpful during the entire selling process making recommendations for how the home should look, recommending contractors, and pricing on various repairs and updates we should make.Gayle would always get back to me right away and never left me feeling like I was hanging without an answer on what to do next.I highly recommend working with Gayle and her team.

This residential community continues to keep it's good looks, considering its age. Community center remains active and good looking, inside and out. Groundskeeping is always above par. Roads and sidewalks are inviting and architecturally the buildings remain ageless.

Organized and well-maintained Condo association with on-site sales and management offices. Well established for over 30 years. Also, maintenance is on site-that is very important for a condo association.... and rare.

Great community feel with a family-like atmosphere. Amazing sales and management staff on site and lots of amenities including pool, clubhouse, and gym. Basic expanded cable included in the condo fee!
