I am a very understanding person but this company is not professional or reliable. Delivery was set up for 9-1 on a Sunday and then they never came. Service rep said that the order was cancelled, then said it was delayed, then said delivery was attempted. We got about 6 answers before a manager was involved. They called at 7:54 am the next day saying they’d be here in 30 minutes. Well, 2 hours later nothing so we called them back and they said they got lost and would be there soon. No apologies, no understanding, no positive attitude. Completely insane that it should be this hard to schedule a delivery and follow through. Will never use them again
