I just got a sub today usually subway my favorite place to eat but what bottled my mind was that I gave the guy a $20 bill mind you he was supposed to give me $2.69 back only gave me $2 back and put the change in the tip jar I was walking out, all because he seen I pulled out a stack of $100s, 10s and 5s like what if I was going to pay bills or my rent etc whoever is the manager at this place teach your employees not to steal money from customers. I was going to give a tip but clearly your employees see someone’s hard earned money and wanna steal change

The prices here are atrocious. Just an example (because this was what I ordered at the time). I've been enjoying Subways Garlic Sandwich (number 8 on the menu) and the price here was over 14$ for a footlong. I thought to myself, "hmm.. did they raise the prices?" and just paid. Thought to myself the price was steep but I was already there and hungry. I also usually get a few cookies as a side and they were 1.09$ each. Yeah no thanks. This was yesterday when I went to this location. I then when to the one in Squire Road Shopping Plaza in Revere, not too far away and my god the price difference! The same sandwich was 3 dollars cheaper! The cookies were 79cents each, I couldn't believe it! How do they justify the price difference of that amount?!? It's not like they're located in an Airport or some other trendy a** location, it's in a small shopping area in Chelsea, you've got to be kidding me! I noticed also they charged me an extra dollar for a few sprinkles of olives. I asked for the same thing today at the one in Revere, and looked at the receipt, still 11$ and some change. So the difference I paid for just a number 8 between the two locations was over 4 dollars! DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I always have had positive times in this subway. I worked in Chelsea and would visit this subway off & on. Always gave me what I wanted. I did once see a sandwich maker use the same bread knife to cut my sandwich then go to use the same knife to cut open the bread for the customer behind me. The guy behind me saw it too and flipped out & demanding a new peice of bread with a clean knife, saying it as loud as possible so the whole restaurant can hear. We are all human, people make mistakes but this customer was a j**** This store doesn't honor coupons FYI. Overall decent subway.
