Bad customer service. They charge $5 more if you pay at the agency, that is theft, how many older people do not know how to use digital platforms to make their payments. They don't care about their elderly customers. It's like Market Basket charging you for the payment service which would be ridiculous. IT'S YOUR BUSINESS and we should not have to pay for the customer service your employees provide. I have been a customer for more than 10 years and yet I receive this treatment of even charging me at the door and not letting me in, it seems to me a lack of respect not only for me but also for all those who have been customers.

$37+ tax to activate new phone. $80 for two! Ridiculous! Every time I activate a phone it costs more each time. Last year it was $23. Customer service was rude speaking Spanish not knowing that I speak it fluently too. Don’t go to this store because you never know the pricing or the nasty remarks that will be made about customers. Just gross.

I just want to take the time to thank Sonia for all her help yesterday. We were there to switch over 4 phones and it took her 2 and 1/2 hours! But she was extremely patient and took the time to help us out. You are very lucky to have someone like Sonia! She is the standard by which all other customer service agents should be judged! 5 ⭐

Very lazy, unhelpful associates/employees... not willing to offer advice or helpful suggestions in simple situations out of laziness. Was also told they cannot call other T Mobile locations to check if they had something in inventory that they currently did not - was told that was a lie at the next T Mobile after.

I am using Metro PCS for a long time and for help and services, I go to this branch. This time my experience was so much different. Their were three female associates, one of them I believe was the supervisor. Very professional and helpful.within no time I was taken care of. 5 stars ✨. Keep it up.
