The internet doesn't work, apart from that they rob you for every payment, what do you do? They told me 90 for two pretty ones and they are charging me $110 for the worst service. I regret having left Metro PCs, don't use cricket, the internet is rubbish and crafty and bad service.

When the employee thought it was okay to reset the cell phone without asking. Didn’t even say she reset the phone. This cell phone had all my husbands company info, clients, files, and ect. ?

I do not recommend this place at all,is a lady working her name Noemy she’s so rude aggressive not professional,how these people can have a job that hates so much,and treat customers in a very very ugly way.it never explain or give instructions or Guide us,mu dad was over for doing some changes to phone lines and she ended up blocking my phone line.and she never told anything to my dad she fix one phone line and blocked other phone line.
