“After having another store I paid to transfer my data off my old iPhone 10 to my new 15 incorrectly I went home and tried to do it myself and ended up inadvertently deleting my eSIM and having no service on either phone! I was so distraught but this store spent over an hour of their time and kept pushing and trying different things to help me until I got service back at no charge. They know what they’re doing, highly recommend for good customer service”

“I came into the store potentially getting an upgrade as my current iPhone had an issue with the SIM card reader that other Verizon stores couldn’t figure out what to do. Erick D. took the time with me to help me get into my family’s Verizon account and help go through the process. When I mentioned I had an issue with my SIM card reader he was able to quickly came up with a solution (based on his experience and knowledge) and now my phone has an eSIM and my phone is working perfectly again! Didn’t need to upgrade anymore as my current phone is saved again! Erick saved me money and time with fixing my phone! I would give my experience with Erick D. 7 Stars if I could! I plan to come in to this specific store when I need an upgrade when my current phone has its Verizon credits fully paid off and I hope Erick is there to help me when that time comes! He has very hands on and was very knowledgeable in what he was doing! He made this store my new favorite store to go to! I highly recommend anyone who needs help or needs an upgrade to see Erick!”

He helped us figure out the best device for our 15 year old daughter and also helped to maximize our plan. He didn’t try to upsell/ hard sell/ or push us in any direction. Just honest insightful advice and direction. He listened, brainstormed and broke it all down in a way we could easily understand.We have had a VERY difficult time with wireless and cellular providers in the past (in person and on line) - we stopped in to the Littleton AT&T store basically just to look at a 14 and I will tell you what- 100% of my wireless and cellular business will be done at this store from now onTen out of ten experience. “Okay first off let me tell you i was having a terrible day, lost my phone didn't know my pin.Got told at a different metro store that theres nothing they can do to help me.Called metro customer support and was told the same thing.I went to this metro to cancel and ended up telling Samantha what was going on and with in 15 minutes, i had a phone with my same number and she helped me change my pin.Something that two other metro employees said was impossible.10/10 would go drive out of my way to go to this branch.”

“Went in to get a SIM activated on a new phone/line we added. In and out in under 5 minutes. No lies, no upsells, just got it done and we're happy customers. Had an awful experience in a different Verizon store a few days earlier in the next town over where they tried to get my wife to buy a brand new phone rather than the one we had (including trying to make her think the one we had, a Pixel 4, was "too old" to get activated). I understand these stores can be hit or miss in terms of pushiness and competence, but kudos to this one for having someone with integrity.”

“I went to this store because I was insanely unsatisfied with AT&T and their BS and was looking for a more affordable phone provider. The associate who helped me, I believe his name was Allam, was very helpful and kind. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I told him what my budget was and he followed through down to the last detail. I left the store having spent much less than I anticipated. Thanks for a pleasant experience.”

“I never write reviews. As a matter of fact I'm against them because they are all really bad or really good. But I checked on here and it seems like they actually respond to these so they must read them. Recently my daughter got her phone stolen in the UK and Ian helped me getting everything back and running for her so smoothly and flawlessly it was awesome. He always gives you a "worst case scenario" which I really like. Awhile ago I locked myself out of my phone in addition he also helped me upload everything from the cloud on a new workphone so easily and calmly. I have watched this guy work with other customers and other employees and he is extremely calm and reasonable and never gets rattled. I CANNOT imagine working in a place like this because the online communication world is just so utterly confusing BUT so imperative to daily life so people get easily frustrated, angry etc and take it out on people like this. He doesn't seem to be a "corporate" kind of guy to me but Ian should be making his way up the chain so he can help people on a broader scale. Or maybe he just likes the one to one. It makes no difference. I'm extremely impressed with this guy and I can't thank him enough.”

“After a hour and a half waiting on the phone for t-mobile representative... she couldn't verified my identify to set up my e-sim. I had already explained my 'broken' phone could not be turned on so I could not receive her text message to verified whatever code she is sending... T-Mobile as a company need to do better with the verification process for online services/calls. Why make customer set up two step authentication or code verification etc only to send them to the store with an photo id? Especially after waiting a hour and some minutes to get a representative on the phone?? Anyways, I digress. These poor reps at Bridge Street had me walking in 15mins before their store close. If I was them, I'd be annoyed but Wes greeted me and tried to help me. His partner was kind enough to keep trying to when the e-sim wouldn't registered or whatever it does through their system. I truly felt bad and shown up 15min prior to closing. But I was so annoyed with the service I had on the phone & I was without a phone for three days! They stay after store hour closed and they didn't rush me out. I kept apologizing yet they were nice about it and told me no worries. Thanks guys! It was much appreciated!”
