I had been dealing with an ongoing issue in regards to my iPhone, Apple Watch and my AirPods as well, while being sent back and forth between my financial institution and the Apple Store, at the same time I had made 3 separate visits to the T-Mobile in Billlerica, which I immediately was confident that I did so being that my first moment in the establishment your employee Dennis was more than proactive in helping me out even extending himself by reaching out to his brother, Fritz, who I at the time did not meet yet, anyway, he reached out and resolved my problem easily no problem.
I then after dealing with more issues regarding my bank and Apple and I developed to go into T-Mobile (my cellphone provider), which this time I had the pleasure to meet Fritz which he just as well was very proactive to help me out which he did while being very informative as was the first visit.
So I wanted to say thank you very much and I really hope that you value the fabulous staff working and representing your business, thank you.

She was very professional and kind. She went above and beyond to do everything she could to help me. He helped us figure out the best device for our 15 year old daughter and also helped to maximize our plan. He didn’t try to upsell/ hard sell/ or push us in any direction. Just honest insightful advice and direction. He listened, brainstormed and broke it all down in a way we could easily understand.We have had a VERY difficult time with wireless and cellular providers in the past (in person and on line) - we stopped in to the Littleton AT&T store basically just to look at a 14 and I will tell you what- 100% of my wireless and cellular business will be done at this store from now onTen out of ten experience. “I never write reviews. As a matter of fact I'm against them because they are all really bad or really good. But I checked on here and it seems like they actually respond to these so they must read them. Recently my daughter got her phone stolen in the UK and Ian helped me getting everything back and running for her so smoothly and flawlessly it was awesome. He always gives you a "worst case scenario" which I really like. Awhile ago I locked myself out of my phone in addition he also helped me upload everything from the cloud on a new workphone so easily and calmly. I have watched this guy work with other customers and other employees and he is extremely calm and reasonable and never gets rattled. I CANNOT imagine working in a place like this because the online communication world is just so utterly confusing BUT so imperative to daily life so people get easily frustrated, angry etc and take it out on people like this. He doesn't seem to be a "corporate" kind of guy to me but Ian should be making his way up the chain so he can help people on a broader scale. Or maybe he just likes the one to one. It makes no difference. I'm extremely impressed with this guy and I can't thank him enough.”
