Had passenger window (which looks great!) fixed however, this wire is completely out. Please have a quality check next time before having the customer pick it up. Absolutely unacceptable.

They did a good job with my windshield repair though it did take longer than expected. The system they use to alert you that your car is done is also glitchy, I received my text alert almost an hour after I picked up my car

I had an appointment on the 15th, and they sent me Brian to fix my windshield. The windshield had a gap on the left side—thankfully there was no rain this week. He did a horrible job. He left a mess in the car, and I wasn’t happy with the job.

I went ín to make an appointment for my truck to get the windshield replacetd. The African American woman at the front desk Danika or something... very bad attitude and rude. Was also giggling at another customer who was talking to another associate. Because of this bad ???? attitude no way will I have them work on my truck. If this ís the person represents them I would never want to have them toutch my vehicles their.

Receptionist very rude. Differential treatment between insurance claims and self payer. For similar work, people pay out of pocket promised 2 hours and 4 hour for my insurance claim. Receptionist always not on the desk.

Safelite did a fantastic job. Obviously the circumstances weren’t great to have to replace my windshield in order to pass inspection; however, Safelite was clear with communication and it was honestly quite fascinating to watch the windshield replacement go down right in my own driveway :) For review purposes - 10/10 customer service and 10/10 happiness with completion. I would absolutely recommend Safelite under the same circumstance I found myself in.

The woman at the front desk had a personality of a rock, and isn’t the ideal personality type to represent the face of the company, that’s my first impression, but maybe she cherry picks whom to be nice and approachable to. ??♀️ Maybe she was just having a bad day. Whatever the case may be I was grateful when I returned to wait the last hour in the waiting room she was no longer working, and what I believe to be the owner was much more friendlier, warm and personable. Alejandro did a great job on my truck as far as I know. I was in no rush to leave but was told usually after installation we wait for 30 mins for the glue to set but that I would be fine. I’m hoping the glue stays put and is sealed correctly. So far I feel they did a great job.

This location at drum hill should be avoided at all costs.The technician replaced my windshield on my 2013 acura tsx the week I bought it used, broke all my oem trim and glued it down. It began to fall off the car and it took 2 weeks to get ahold of management and replace it, they replaced the trim and I come to find my headliner soaked in water with the spring rain. Had no luck trying to call this location to fix the issue, so I called another location without any issue, and they sent someone to fix it and they found THREE LEAKS. the quality of work is totally unacceptable, luckily I had a good Technician fix the issue for me but don't give this location your time or money. They will do a poor job and ignore your calls when you have problems and you will have problems. I never leave a bad review but this place earned it, and they gave me wipers that would fail nh state inspection for streaking. Unacceptable poor craftsmanship, and I work with cars every day.Avoid at all costs.
