I recently contacted Ms. Sarah Dailey with an issue on my insurance, she was able to help and even did the leg work for me that I thought it was very helpful as I was calling from work. I thought it was very nice of her. I am glad that we still have people like this around us that are still just NICE.

After getting dropped from my home insurance through Plymouth Rock, I turned to Allstate. David Diaz was very helpful in getting me coverage quickly so it didn’t lapse. I had the pleasure of working with Sarah Dailey from Allstate Insurance: Todd Seesman. I give their service a perfect 10/10 recommendation. Sarah went above and beyond to explain my homeowner insurance policy coverage. She is also very responsive to all my concerns and requests. Sarah was a joy to work with, especially as a first-time homeowner feeling overwhelmed by the process of securing insurance. She always managed to make our phone calls educational and stress-free. Highly recommend Sarah's service!

Do not… use this office. They act like they have no idea what’s happening. Somewhere these guys went totally off actually providing service. We bought a new car, called them days prior. They said they had no idea what was happening. Everytime we talk to someone different who pretends like there’s a million people in the office. The customer service is so low here. They do not care about their customers. A month ago, an Allstate agent from another office called and lowered our car insurance. Apparently this office forgot to click the button that all of our cars have security features. They just do not care. Every year we try and lower our insurance just for them to put it up again.We are people who pay our bills and have never had a problem but this office does not care. There are plenty of offices around. Don’t bother with this one.

I just had a substantial claim when a tree came down and wreaked part of my fence and damaged my generator. I couldn't be happier with the way Allstate handled the claim. It was easy to file online. Their claims adjuster contacted me very quickly and called me every few days while I got the estimates for the tree removal, fence repair and generator repair. Within an hour of my submitting the final estimate they deposited the full amount sans deductible into my bank account.

Very very disappointed in their customer service department. Didn't try to help with reducing my policy even though they knew they could. I had to ask. Had to give 1 star only because zero was not allowed.

We were with the same insurance company for more years than I want to admit. Last January they almost doubled our premium, finally asked Sarah Dailey to quote us and imagine our surprise when better coverage was HALF what our old company tried to charge us. Needless to say we switched and are super happy!
